Rooney isn't it. You know it is.
This blokes the new Terry Butcher. He's going to spend 10 years hanging round other managers a******** like a fly round s*** waiting for them to get sacked.

I’m going to say I don’t think our squad is Championship level yet.
Can anyone name players we have signed that Championship clubs were falling all over to sign .
In fact we have players who couldn’t get contracts renewed in the Championship so why does anybody think we have the right to go up yet !
We would have been midtable in any normal season with Lawrence, a bunch of kids, some castoffs and a central defence pushing 110 years between them. The championship is rubbish outside 3 or 4 clubs.. If we go up we'd stay up and finish comfortably mid table with a bit ofcash spent on a striker and a quick centre back.

There's a reason him and Cowley don't get on . Their identical in profession and team set up and have the same limitations tactically. These blokes are John Beck for the modern generation.

Too scared to pass to each other? Who are they playing for? Mike Tyson?
Every manager sets his team out with instructions and an intended style of play, but ultimately these players cross the white line and make their own decisions and do what they can. Warne doesn’t have a joystick which can ensure Waghorn heads it in or Collins buries it.
Do you really think Warne would drop a player if he is contributing to good results?
Yes. Barkhuizen in January.

Very toxic to Warne when he came to clap the fans. Lot of boos and f*** off warne. Players get claps though"
No chance. We had it from him in midweek that s*** football only gets him grief at Pride Park at half time, not full time away. Unless he's talking bollox. That would be unusual.

I thought that. But even so, one game. His face don't fit, maybe he's awful to deal with?
Warne never really tells thing as they are without some sarcasm attached or some condescension. He'll say something along the lines of 'head turned' but in relation to Sibs and then follow it up with the fact he's uber paranoid.
All four of our bright young things will have left either by January or end of the season. No Knighty, Birdy, Sibs or Cashin. 😞
We'll still have Wash mate with his excellent 5 goal a season average. I hear he's the next Messi

Top two starting to pull away now, they won't drop many points against teams like this. Sure, Portsmouth did but they are also top and unbeaten. A quarter of the season done, I fear it's starting to slip away from us.
Oxford must be pushing the FFP with a huge pay rise for Brannigan when championship sides had met a 2 million release and I know they outbid Derby on wages last minute for a player. They've also been signing players from Ipswich and similar. They went as high as 700k for Marriott it's believed but didn't get that over the line.

He should have taken Collins off and put Waggy up front. He should have put Sibs as no10. No=one mentions Wilson but he really cheers me up, I've never seen a player as able to tackle himself as often as he does, at least once a game. 😄
Everyone in the world can see that as the obvious change. But no worries, we've got super Wash who'll run all day but do f*** all.
-
Sure I just heard our head 'coach' say our plan was to not use the midfield at all. Dynamic thinking against a side of giants who can't move but can head all day. My plan was too not use the central areas at all and get it out wide every time.
Then a surly load of nonsense when questioned about Sibley.
-
Collins had all the time in the world with that one . Defender on the floor and no cover. Dreadful.
That was s***.
-
Need more craft from these corners against a side of giants. They've been so predictable
-
What the f**** going on
-
Has to be a goal.

That 10 mins it then or do we change something to counteract their new forward option.

Looked a shove

Two issues - Cheltenham are pretty physical, and wrestling apart aren’t dirty, but we have been out-physicalled, if there is such a word. Secondly I am concerned about Collin’s attitude. He hasn’t done much , but he has bern mardy about it. And thirdly (yes, I know that is about “Spanish Inquisition”!), but it moght be a half-reasonble idea to have a number 10 playing the number 10 role. Shove Waggy up front, and swop Collins for a number 10.
Said earlier it smells of a Collins red card game. I'd have put Waghorn up top and brought Sibley in behind at halftime.
-
This is really grim stuff. Prime Collins red card game
-
Waghorn is not a 10. They are very agricultural and have one strength, they're all over 6ft. This performance has been turgid, uncontrolled and Laing has been pitiful as has any midfield forward play. His brain is 3 seconds behind play all the time.
A s*** performance on the whole against extremely limited opposition.

That was very stupid as was Wilson losing the ball under no pressure.
