Don't forget Kenny I couldn't hit a barn door Miller.....
If we'd kept him and Earnshaw though they'd definitely have got 40 goals between them in the championship and we'd have gone back up. We flogged them and brought in Ellington on a 1.5 million loan, Hulse for 2 mill and Dickinson for nearly a million. Hulse was OK. He'd have been better with one of those two.

Never thought we'd have that record fa cup final defeat equalled but it happened in our lifetime. Hope it does not take a hundred years for the 11 point one to be beaten/equalled though!
If only Stones had tapped it in from 3 yards instead of clearing the crossbar in the 89th minute. Seeing as our goalie had a broken arm and there were no subs, they can have that one by default.
The one that sneaked up without any warning, was the most games without a win. macclesfield hold that joint with us and only had too lose or draw to Carlisle to break it. They were 2-0 down with about 15 minutes to go. Then won 3-2. Gits

I can see Luton getting about 25 points and Sheffield United a few points more than that. They are not that bad unless they sack their manager bring in some clown and have a toxic atmosphere in the squad can't see them getting under 20 points.
I'll be surprised if I'm not thinking if only we'd got another 4 or 5 points like when Villa and Huddersfield went. Luton won't get more than 15 or 16.

There were 72 worst clubs than Derby that season, never mind through history.

The best chance since Sheff Utd had 2 points on Boxing day and still got more or Huddersfield had about 6 till March, then beat Chelsea.
Pretty much no chance.

Sandy Ryan absolutely robbed of a win against McCaskill, I've not seen a single person score that fight for McCaskill, even the Americans are saying it's a travesty.
Can never let things go to a judges card in the states. Only place worse is Germany for home decisions. Dodgy judging and too much ref protection. It's a bugger but a knockout or two knockdowns are normally required

I didn't here it but believe he went into meltdown mode against Bolton. Perhaps the club have requested a cooling off period.
Alternatively, he seems to have got into the habit of doing things like reading texts and then telling people not to text in if that's their opinion. Not ideal for a fella doing the commentary.
Or maybe he's got a cold.

Should have had a free kick then Wildsmith loses his sight. C'mon, these are terrible

It's one of those things where international bank transfers from America and the typical 4-6 week wait for payment makes it a tad frustrating.
I'll be listening on the radio!
Sounds familiar 😂

Its nice to see we are still such an important part of your life Dawnie. One would of thought you'd be too busy hobnobbing with the elite to be so concerned about Division 3 clubs.
Apologies if our 28.000 crowds and general lack of interest in your current position bothers you.
Enjoy your turn mate, don't waste your time trying to troll a few Derby fans on a forum, enjoy your spell in the top flight. This is as good as its ever going to get in your lifetime.
We'll be raite, we'll always be here whatever happens. Come and have a hug when your owner gets sent to prison and you get relegated again.
Marianakis is brill and they must be right. They had the last bloke spot on .

Yep bang on. Think he lashed out at Andy Townsend who made a meal of it, remember being on his case all game from that point. Think we even came from behind. Bald Eagles barmy Army ringing out from all 4 stands for about 15-20 mins closing out the game, Russell Hoult waving his arms to the crowd geeing them up to sing even louder. Amazing day.
I remember Paul Williams getting a hammering when we beat Southampton 4-0. Strachan on match of the day saying he subbed him as the crowd had made him lose his head.
The best atmosphere i remember was the 4-2 win against Forest where it was evident the loser was probably for the relegation chop.

Is a good pub even more so if you like a good sing song.
Last time I was in there it was full of angry Everton fans. It didn't have the most friendly vibe. Was 20 years ago mind.

Seems that the Forest fan who loves scoring against Derby with his pretend bow and arrow was happy enough to play for Derby till he was let go at 15.

As I recall, our worst ever side and the one they refer to as the worst team in history, beat them 2-0 whilst they played two divisions below us. Just two months after having been tonked at home by Yeovil with a player we let go on a free tearing them a new one.
