One of the best thing this season has been Saturday 3pm kick offs.

Sky TV is f****** s***, Sky TV is f****** s***.
Well done to the EFL for selling football’s soul even further. The best thing about this season has been football at predominantly 3pm on a Saturday. Yet again the people who go are shat on.

We played 9 games under Paul Warne at the beginning of the season 14 points. However,we had 3 wins and a draw against Reading, Birmingham, Blackpool and QPR. So with the benefit of hindsight Paul Warne had a relatively easy start.
The difference is very small margins. Matt Taylor recruited 8 players in the January transfer window. Paul Warne has never been a fan of signing players in the January transfer window.
I know it's still difficult for Derby currently in financial terms, but for what it's worth I'm hoping to see you at the New York stadium next season. All the best.

Well we've done our bit we've survived.
I've followed you all season and sincerely hope you join us, especially if you knock the Owls out.
    Best wishes

Stopped posting as no-one reading. We won 3-0, two clear penalties and the referee didn't hesitate in giving them.
The final scoreline was more reflective of the dominance of Derby. Jack was a spectator most of the game but came out with a great save when he needed to.
Good to see the under 18s finish the season strongly.

Just hoping Wassall and his team have been able to navigate this season with them being very open about the struggles they’ve faced and how these boys are feeling arguably the biggest hangover from the administration. If the lads have got good people round them they’ll hopefully understand this season was a hiding to nothing.

    Full-time!
Back in to the top 6, a 4-goal swing in the goal difference with Peterborough, firmly back in our hands.
I don't think today could have gone too much better for us. COYR.

It doesn't matter, a hat-trick against Liverpool is to be cherished. It's great to see that the younger academy teams seem to have been less affected by the administration than the under 21s.

Am impressive result considering we had an U16(?) CB partnered with a CM, and an U16 CM infront of them. Three U16s came off the bench too.

And how many of those 50/50 calls have we had? All we ask is consistency. And the only consistent thing is these are always given to the opposition al it’s never to us.

Yep.  He's the one that wanted stay.  A rarity.  600k.  One of the many we sold to raise 5 million quid, although apparently we sold no one in January and just set fire to offers for our players as we laughed.

Which I think will be one of the biggest wastes of talent this club has seen.
He hasn't had a run in that position since he got injured under Cocu 3/4 games into that season.
On 2 occasions, when he finally has started in his favoured role he has played really well, started the next match and then made the scapegoat at half time when others have played worse! Happened under Rooney and happened under Warne. Yet, more experienced players are given many more chances despite poor performances.
Garbage management. If he had a long run of matches and failed to deliver I could understand, but we haven't seen him complete 2 matches in a row in his favourite position since Cocu. How can he ever progress when that happens?

I agree and I made sure to consider confirmation bias before I posted. Ask any Derby fan and they could have told you over a decade ago that Stuart Attwell isn't a particularly good referee, and yet he's considered one of the best in the country now and was put in the position to really mess up the Spurs Brighton game. It's a problem that's plaguing every level of the game at the moment, it's not exclusively an 'us' problem.
However, even with that context, it just feels like we're on the wrong side of more bad decisions than most. We've had the most penalties given against us than any other team in the league (9), but the disallowed goal the other week due to miscommunication is the one that really stings- completely ruined the game through sheer incompetence. Apologies after the fact mean nothing, I'd just like more consistency. At every level this needs investigating now, as the standard of officiating does seem to be, as Darren Bent put it on talksport last night, at an ''all-time low''...

Well done Rams. Avoided a banana skin today. Shame about Peterborough winning though, and Bolton. But provided we get enough wins we should make the play offs.

It was blatantly obvious at the time, that despite being under some kind of restrictions that Reading were overspending. It was discussed at length on this forum.
Reading must have had the attitude last season of let's cheat to stop up and hopefully we'll be in a better position to cope with a 6 point penalty next season. Hopefully, they'll get relegated by a point, followed by a 2 year business plan.
