Last night was a clear demo of why PL clubs are stuffed with foreign players and foreign managers. 
That lot would struggle as a team in the Championship.

Not really. I think there was always a plan and the various parts of the plan have happened:
 1. Appoint LR as interim manager.
2. Set a review date.
3. Hold a Board meeting on the review date.
4. At the review, list the +ve progress and weigh up the -ve
5. Come to a Board decision. ie Appoint LR permanently or decide on alternative. 
 
The 1st international break is an obvious review date. Hence it’s happened. 
 
What is encouraging is the Club has followed a logical and planned sequence and used evidence to form a judgement. Sounds like mature stewardship to me; and I agree with it. The Away form is key but also home game victories have not once been convincing really. 
 
LR gets to stay as a Coach. I hope he does. He’ll benefit and learn from a chap who has greater experience of what it takes. 
 
Why speculate that something sinister {implied} was behind it? ?‍♂️
 

It’s not an easy question, because I have so much respect for Liam Rosenior and would’ve been happy to see him take on the job for the next 18 months. 
However, if it was my money on the table and promotion was required this season to stem further bleeding then I would absolutely go with Warne. 
Emotional choice would be Rosenior, business choice would be Warne. 

I think you need to turn this on its head. The problem with freedom of speech is more the reaction of the listener.
There appears to be an assumption that every person has a right not to be offended by anything at anytime. As being offended is not an offense in law, there is no such right!
"resentful or annoyed, typically as a result of a perceived insult" is the dictionary definition. Well, loads of things annoy me and I can perceive lots of things as insults if I choose to do so. 
I imagine most of us have extreme dislikes of one sort or another, but in general you let it go. However that's from a perspective of advanced age. Youngsters have no such perspective and an impatience that borders on fanatical. Peer group pressure also plays its part.
When I was a student, the union was always calling for strikes over some issue or other. In those days fortunately nobody took a blind bit of notice. "Just students with too much time on their hands. They'll soon stop when they get a job!"
Nowadays, lily-livered companies bow down at the slightest hint of protest. They need to get a spine (being gender neutral!) and face it down.

If the game goes on you will see just how real some of these injuries are! Buy a foul, roll around faking injury. Then after the guys' been booked, race off like Usain Bolt.
