Roos  5.5   GK rooster-up spoilt otherwise solid display. 
Ebosele 7.5  Very disciplined defensively against dangerous widemen, a couple of thrilling runs again. 
Buchanan 6.5 Struggled a bit first half, stepped up second half. 
Jagielka 8  Committed, brave, inspiring. 
Davies 8.5  Would have been a 9 but for his part in Roos' 'mare. Stupendous tackling, heroic defending. 
Bird  7.5  Struggled for space 1st half in crowded midfield, really got stuck in 2nd half and started playing forward. 
Shinnie 7  Seemed off the pace for an hour, then rallied as he often does. Tremendous work to win peno. 
Thompson 8.5  Brilliant debut. A new hero is born? 
Knight  9  Back to his best. He was everywhere. Really well taken goal too. 
Lawrence  8  Not in the game 1st half, but thereafter did what you expect a "star" player to do. Win clearly meant allot to him. 
Baldock  5  Though he was lively early on, injury may worked in our favour. 
CKR  6.5  Still working his way back to fitness I think. Missed a good chance after Lawrence brilliance, but presence was important at the end. 
Stearman 6   Gets a mark for doing what he was sent on to do. Always seems to be very focused when he comes on.

Absolutely...it's all based on "probability of being successful in a court of law" so I suspect the Admins will say likely probability of him being successful = <30% so go ahead Mr Gibson...at which point he will wither away. 

If all that is true, you’d expect his anger to have subsided significantly over the years having actually seen Waghorn play.

Need to concentrate on getting a new owner, anything else is a side show. Without a new owner we are bust. With a new owner a sustainable business plan with move us forward.

After yesterday's truly rubbish matchday experienced (I stormed out when I saw those ads, and we were 1-2 down anyway, so no doubt got hammered in the end), this has proper perked me up.

Wayne explained it partly, post-match: it’s about drawing the opposition midfield out of shape. Wayne has told them to keep working on it despite the vitriolic fan disapproval. I must say, it looks like schoolboy football in a “car crash about to happen” scenario. I myself was coached in the % game and as a coach I wouldn’t allow that sort of defensive risk …but I’m no Wayne Rooney.

But the midfield don’t move ? Literally 2 forwards sit on edge of box and press as soon as Davies kicks it. I don’t mind passing out from the back if it’s done correctly. Time and a place.  Not when of the most pressing teams is literally on edge of ya box ? and they just hoof it anyway ?‍♂️Just seems strange. I’ve not seen any advantage from it ? Only seen it decimate Roos confidence when he concedes daft goals ?
