OohMartWright reacted to Ellafella in League 1 Salt Levels
Their song “Where’s the famous atmosphere” mid-first half rather bit them wholesale on the backside at 80 minutes.
All in all though a good set of fans who took it all well. Suppprted well in their colours and welcome back to PP anytime.

Couple of thoughts on this being there is way more positive stuff out there than negative. A significant number or neutral fans have come to realise that we've paid an inordinate price for a relatively minor indiscretion and they'd like to see us bouncing back. Also, the way our fans conducted themselves last season garnered plenty of respect from neutrals and rightly so. That goodwill lingers on, for now at least.
Secondly, the moment the final whistle blew, their gaffer immediately strode up to Rosenior, shook his hand and gave him a big old man hug. Not too much animosity there either, after the game least, despite being pretty animated during the match.
Conclusion drawn... Salt levels low. Just a few basic types seeking acknowledgement on Twatter really.

As an aside, I did reflect when they sang ‘U’s, U’s, U’s’ that when Ewes meet Rams only one of the sides is getting f****d. ?

OohMartWright reacted to Day in League 1 Salt Levels
Just existing will cause salt levels to increase within fans bloodstreams this season.
As we know, too much salt is not healthy, so I feel it's important to raise awareness this season by highlighting fans that have dangerously high salt levels.
So let's kick it off with this Oxford United fan that hasn't taken losing today well.

A sign he is maturing as a player. If we can get him to channel his aggression into his running at the opposition with the ball then we have some player at this level.

This is a great opportunity for Cashin to make the second centre back spot his own and I really hope he does so - he’s one of our own.

Whatever happens today... and in the future... I would like to take a moment to wish the very best of luck, future success, and most of all, pure unadulterated enjoyment, to our new found friend, neighbour, and down right saviour, Mr David Clowes.
To you sir, I sincerely hope today fills your heart and soul with never-ending pride. And why would it not!

There will be a lot of people who have renewed their season tickets but won’t be there tomorrow due to family holidays etc, so 28,000 looks realistic. Still very impressive for a League One fixture.

Only one sleep before it starts. Like a kid at Christmas I can't wait. The walk to the ground after a couple of shandies, the smell of the burger vans, the mingling of the crowd, the buzz of excitement. Walking through the turnstiles,up the stairs, the loud hum getting louder, up more steps and you are there. The noise of the crowd getting louder through the music, the expectation of what the season holds. The 'We are Derby' poem belted out, the roar when the teams come out. This is football. This is what I love. The season starts tomorrow at 3pm. I CANNOT WAIT! UTR!

Same for us, our first competitive match back at Pride Park as a club with a bright future. Should be a great atmosphere. Can't wait to be there with my little girl for her first season as a season ticket holder!

Well it is nearly here first game of the season against oxford United we need everyone in top voice and getting behind the lads but sadly I wont be able to do the bounce as I might have broken my big toe sigh but this wont be stopping me from getting behind them. Lets have sea of black and white let's have flags scarfs held up as players come out of the tunnel and banners too. Let new players think oh wow what a club and what a fan base.

A thankful return to meat and veg league action, and the dawn of a new era for Derby County Football Club.
New League, new Manager, new players, but thankfully the same old club that's existed since 1884.
Thank you David Clowes, you do know what it means to us, and in our darkest hour you stepped forward and enabled us to start believing again.
A fully sold out away end and the possibility of a 30,000+ crowd roaring on the two teams come 3pm Saturday.
Oxford, managed by ex MK Dons boss Karl Robinson, have recently bolstered their squad with the addition of rumoured Rams target Josh Murphy, on a two year deal, who joins Yanic Wildshit as a recent arrival.
They also boast, if that's the right term, ex Ram Sam Baldock in attack, who no doubt will be keen to finally display his skills at Pride Park.
I can't wait to get back inside the ground again come Saturday, and celebrate our survival and rebirth amongst the people who really matter, us fans.
Come on you Rams, it's in yer DNA youth!
