Will be interesting how we go into the next league game, I like the set up we’ve been going with. As much as I love CKR and Ebosele they both seem to suit being impact players. Imagine after 60 minutes of keeping Plange/Knight/Joz/Lawrence quiet your suddenly introduced two fresh and physical players one that will rough you up and another that will run through you (quite literally). Sounds harsh on Kazim but 3/3 from the bench… Plange has the important role of running them ragged for 60 minutes first though. 
 
I wouldn’t be surprised if we name a strong squad for Saturday either, FA cup runs would add some needed income. 

Just got home from another great awayday.

Second best bit of the day, the post-match Radio Berks phone in. 
Apparently, they were struggling for match fitness after three weeks rest, whereas we are all up to speed after our three easy wins;
Apparently, they have been badly affected by covid, whereas our club has not;
Apparently, they have been decimated by injuries to the extent that they are having to put academy players on the bench - aah! (Whereas we are having to rely on them in the first team, which they forgot to mention!) 
Apparently their players aren't championship standard and are all freebies that no-one else would want.
The radio presenters tended not to agree with the above comments and the programme finished with a rerun of their commentary of the game's goals - over a soundtrack of Britney Spears' "Oops, I did it again". Comedy gold!

I think Curtis will go down as one of my favourite ever Derby players. He's just a hero. His attitude to playing for this club is absolutely immaculate and he's been a top performer for years. One of the best signings we've made in a long long time.

One thing that must be interesting and also a little frightening in the ebb and flow of negotiations / discussions. ..
Whatever the price of the club …. the value of what any possible new buyer actually  will get, stands to diminish rapidly if doesn’t get done before our great young players have to seek work elsewhere because they don’t have a contract and therefore have no sell on value.

That makes sense to me.
My jeans have been getting tighter and tighter since having the booster just before Christmas, especially around the above mentioned Gonads.

It's so sad to see people who claim to be on the side of the "good" attacking NHS employees - after what we've all been through these past months

Well that's all sorted then. 

As I said several days ago, imminent means weeks or months to accountants, they use this to try and bat the disappointment down the road.
As has been said, their job is to get the best financial outcome, that may not be selling the club as a going concern.  It may consist of a fire sale of out best players, then announce liquidation once the TW window closes....
I no longer believe a word they say!!!
