Didn't we get told in no uncertain terms that the squabbling and continued debate has to stop? That, and agree with the moderators decisions or else. That kinda nuked any further discussion as one mans debate is another mans squabble.
I'm just waiting to get my jab and for this season to end. I've gotten more and more detached from football since lockdowns gone on - looking forwards to next season and the atmosphere of live matches again.

Well I can only speak for myself of course but when the first lockdown started and Sky decided to make every match live it was like football heaven, I probably overdosed lol. As time has gone on though, without the crowds they've started to feel a bit souless - even with the fake crowd noise - then of course there is nothing to compare to the actual matchday experience of being there. Add to that the indifferent season, its just been one to write off and hope we can actually be at PP for the kick off next season.
Re. the forums I keep half an eye on the Abu Derby thread, the transfer section and occasional others with interesting titles but other than that I've pretty much stopped caring atm. The lockdown fatigue is real...

We're the same. I've hardly watched any football (ok, I've watched Derby a few times, but 'hardly watched any football' still stands). I'm a month in following my first shot, and since then we've been out for two walks. I'm hoping that mid-May will see us at the cricket, but I'm not exactly banking on it.

Great news for Tomori!
I wonder if the Italian influence could take his game to the next level? He always had the physical attributes and seemed to have a great attitude as well. Add in some defensive know-how in the style of Nesta, Maldini, etc then England could have a top class centre back option!
Would be very happy to see that happen

He's our youngest ever player and our youngest ever goalscorer. Yes it didn't work out, but I'm interested in hearing how he does at the same level we're playing at. That sort of thing is surely what this section is for?
For those interested here's his goal, plus a decent headed attempt and a chance not taken to equalize again near the end:

Big final episode coming up. There was an end of credits scene last week too.

Every Premier League game watched makes me not actually being fussed about staying in the Championship for years to come. At least we have poo referee decisions, then that's the end of it, the game goes on. They have poo decisions, five minutes of deliberation, and then still a poo decision. So boring.

Having a vaccination passport/national ID is in itself a good thing imo - if you've been jabbed, you are free to go about your business.
The concern is however that these things creep and governments change every few years, a vaccine passport could very easily morph into a credit score system similar to the one China uses and you could end up being denied real world services for not taking enough exercise, play computer games or having the wrong opinions etc.

Its a NO from me!

Even with the continual rooster-ups from the current government, Labour are still a long way from being re-elected, so we can probably rule out any likelyhood of Chinese style monitoring in the forseeable future.
The bigger concern with any form of ID card is not really what is stored (governments already have vast amount of info about individuals) but the controls put in place around who can access the data. For instance the DVLA can probably put together a pretty convincing case to have access to a driver's medical records as it may help them keep medically unfit/unsafe drivers off the roads - but should they also be able to see that 20+ years ago you met a dodgy girl in a nightclub that left you with a bad dose of the clap?
Plus, if agencies with genuine requirements can access your data, it's only a (short) matter of time before that same data is available to those with more unsavoury reasons. Sorting out the mess when you've had your credit card details stolen is hard enough - wait til they can get hold of your full ID card info....
Once the data is pulled together and made easily available via an ID card, it's out there for good - that's a worry as there's no way back....
