The_Sheriff reacted to Turk Thrust in New joke thread (trigger alert, may offend if you want it to)
My nephew and niece Archibald and Nina were playing ball with me when the ball hit my head and I fell down. They started crying but I said “don’t cry for me Archie and Nina”

Undr the cosh is what i consider the best if you want a behind closed doors insight. Always eventful stories. Steve davies was my favourite one the bywater hotel story cracked me up.
NTT20 is what it says on the tin. Every club except the premier league discussed weekly. Hosts George and ali have so much in depth knowledge of players and lower league teams its commendable.
Dont always agree with them but respect their opinion. They dont show bias and give an honest personal view of current events

NTT20. An EFL podcast which helpfully for us this season doesn’t skimp on L1 (and L2)

Alright Rams, Guiseley (who?) fan here in peace.
I came to the Oxford game on Saturday with my mate (Wolves fan).
It was our first trip to Pride Park between us and usually we pick a random game every so often. So we ended up at your place.
We had a great time, your stadium is fantastic. Plenty of eateries around the ground too. The fans we were sat near were passionate and it was infectious. We were in the North Stand which was family orientated but it was nice to see so many youngsters getting behind the team.
The atmosphere was great, the bounce by the south stand was something I won't forget. Capped with a great goal to get the win aswell.
Only downside being, we parked at the industrial park past the south stand and we didn't move for about an hour after the final whistle. But that didn't spoil a great day out.
All the best for the season, will be looking out for your results and will likely come back later in the season too.

We also have Sibley for that number 10 role. I don't think we need any more CMs unless someone goes.
I think we are light though outwide and with full backs.

The_Sheriff reacted to Curtains in Away Memberships
So basically if you buy membership tomorrow you still aren’t guaranteed an away ticket for individual games.

Anyone can buy a membership tomorrow.
what it means is when away tickets go on sale, depending how many away games you have on your account for last season determines when you can use that membership to purchase away tickets for this season.
basically if you did less then let’s say 10 away games last year .. even with the membership you can miss out if those who did 10+ and have a membership snap the tickets up.
anyone who doesn’t have a membership regardless of how many away games they went to last season are at the back of the queue.

The only answers I can see to this problem either a dedicated area for disabled fans or a discount for disabled fans for any area they choose
to be fair there will be plenty of non disabled fans who are not as financially well off as some disabled fans ,it’s a tough one to find a totally fair solution , I’m not sure it’s fair to say it’s disabled fans being discriminated against as I’m sure the new pricing policy affects the cost of tickets for many more fans that are not disabled

I think he will be a fantastic signing at this level. Potentially a golden boot contender.
I really hope this isnt a post that gets brought up in may when hes scored 3 goals in 40

Absolute rats, the pair of them. They could still pursue a move elsewhere while honouring the contract extension but are choosing not to. Rats.
