Ken Tram reacted to TigerTedd in Steve Bloomer
A museum isn’t meant to be about making money though. There are all sorts of weird and niche museums in the world, like the lawnmower museum. How many people visit that? But those that do will be glad it’s their and that someone is curating the history of lawn mowers.
It doesn’t have to be anything too big and fancy. We’ve already got a trophy cabinet, just extend that with a few other photos, old kits and memorabilia. We just need some sort of formal space to reserve our history so anyone who wants to see it or research it in the future is able to and it doesn’t all get forgotten about in some dusty attic.
Our history is as precious as our trophies.

If space could be found inside the ground, with interactive activities, video/TV screens, old kits/items...plus a few things to buy...surely it could be done fairly inexpensively? Maybe use it for schools in the week if was done in the right way, indoctrinate the locals!

Ken Tram reacted to DCFC1388 in Season 21 - 22 survival bid statistics
The current bottom 6 -
Hull - P24 - 23pts
Cardiff - P24 - 23pts
Reading - P24 - 22pts (28 really)
P'Boro - P23 - 19pts
Barnsley - P24 - 14pts
Derby - P25 - 11pts (32 really)
Now based off that, and their current ppg, if that continues for the remaining games the bottom 6 would be (based off current goal difference) -
Reading - 48pts (54 really)
Hull - 44pts
Cardiff - 44pts
Derby - 38pts (59 really)
P'Boro - 38pts
Barnsley - 27pts
So we would be 6pts from safety. With the home games we have and hopefully maybe some feel good factor with a new owner & Bielik back we could make up those 6pts.
Also, imo I feel like Hull wont have as good a 2nd half a season as they have the first...at least that is what I am hoping. They lose 1 extra game & we win 1 extra thats the 6pts on them.

The impact of the incredible support both home and away is also a huge factor…… instils confidence in the players and is a far cry from the jitters that used to be evident in the team when the crowd got on their backs. That said this is chicken and egg as the players effort and commitment on the pitch is driving the crowd support! Credit to Wayne for this one as he has created the team spirit

We'll definitely at least put up a resistance

I’m not sure that Reading 0-7 Fulham could have gone any better for Derby ???
These kind of results show us that the ‘Great Escape’ is on.

Ken Tram reacted to Wistaston Ram in The next 7 games
The biggest and possibly most trickiest games will be against Peterborough and Hull. They will not be no pushovers and we could be punished for any complacency. It's going to get a lot harder once safety can be seen on the horizon, but we can do it if we continue to fight together as a team; players and fans.

Ken Tram reacted to R@M in Possibly insane…but
Since the EFL are ultimately responsible for this poo show, we could all bring small claims against them for the psychological and emotional damage their incompetent handling has caused us, as consumers. Only costs £35 and if they got a few hundred might have to explain themselves.
Or we go one further and crowdfund a lawyer prepared to take them to court, during which every aspect of their handling and decision making would have to be put on record, including conversations with Gibbo. Could well bring them down.

Isn't driving into Shirebrook alone showing enough passion, without having to shake anything ?
-
Ken Tram reacted to Rammeister in The Administration Thread
At this point I’d drive to Shirebrook myself to shake any part of Ashley’s anatomy of his choosing. If he was to buy and save our club.

I don’t think they’re feeding him any rubbish. They’re telling him what they think to the best of knowledge and likewise same with It’s a dynamic situation, Ashley came to the table late last week, it’s bound to change things. We know there are two bidders, we know lots of work is going on, we know there have been some curveballs to navigate. This process is being run by professionals paid a lot of money to do this work, they are experts, fact there has been delays is delays happen. This is not Mel dealing with the fake sheikh or Erik Alonso.
The process will follow its course, Ashley is involved so all will be good in the end and we will still have a club, let’s be patient and ignore Percy and Nixon and look for updates through BAWT.

I don't think that it makes Rooney look like a berk if there's no new info.
If I'm asked to give my opinion about something, which does not then happen, then I don't *think* that I'm a berk, at least not for those reasons!!!

I have no idea what the explanation is; I haven’t got a clue where Mel has his money invested or what he does with it. The same can be said about my wife. All I can add is that I am as confident as I can be in saying that it highly unlikely either Gellaw, the Club or my wife currently owe Henry Gabay any significant money.

The article suggests that it is more likely to be next season and beyond that other clubs have difficulty.
We might be the only club in the championship next year without a points deduction.

MM has us by the balls?
But the admins’ latest statement said that MM was ‘aligned’ with them ...? So it sounds more like they’re stroking each others’ balls

Not true that any buyer will need to buy PP. If the leasehold interest in the stadium is transferable and acquired by the new owner we can carry on playing at PP. I accept it is far from ideal to not own the ground, and I agree it would put off most if not all from buying the Club.

Ken Tram reacted to Sparkle in The Administration Thread
After this season and our punishment has had an effect I fully expect the EFL to temporarily abandon FFP and point deductions to suit other clubs as there will be plenty of them in the actual poo - just watch this happen !

The league table is going to be like the scoring on QI where someone wins (or in this case survives) on minus points!
