I’ve said it before but why the hell are ours so pathetic?
There is about four of them, often too scared to go on the pitch to, you know, retrieve the ball.
We are losing a game and we allow their players or GK to wander down to the corner flag to get a ball as there isn’t a single ballboy in sight.
Get 10 of them around the pitch, inside the advertising boards and get the ball into our players ASAP.
All the little things makes a difference.

How could he have sorted out the mess if he'd walked? He can't do both.
He did stick around, he appears to be the one who led the loyal staff team through the administration, and he is now determined to prove himself at the same club. That must take guts.

I really like Warne from what I’ve seen so far. Not so much from all the interviews, but from the BBC Moment of Truth podcast. That’s really worth having a listen to if you haven’t already. You really get an insight into what he’s like as a manager and as a person. 
My only concern at this stage is the potential change in direction, tactically. Nigel Pearson’s time here showed you what happens when you try to take a team of players who are used to playing intricate, possession based stuff and try to turn them into “athletes.” I’m pretty sure only Craig Bryson looked like he fitted. The same thing could happen here.
That being said, we shouldn’t assume that he’s going to play a certain way. We just don’t know at this stage.
On Liam, a little harsh yes. A good guy, for sure. But I can’t say I’m disappointed to see us move on from the last remnants of the coaching staff that were part of arguably one of the worst moments in our history.

I've not watched the interview because the love-in is all a bit overkill. Let's have our football do the talking and keep expectations managed for now. But I actually don't mind what you say about Warne being a bit of a bully on the touchline and players being on the edge of legitimacy. Too often we are bullied as a team and not streetwise enough, hence we seem to have so many decisions go against us. I get many people won't like it, but as well as playing good football I'd like us to toughen up a bit. I do think this is partly what's needed to win promotion over a long season. Anything to gain an advantage as this will be a long hard slog.

As Warne pointed out the mix of players are older players and young players and not many in the 27 year old age or mid twenty category.
He said that was due to circumstances that the club were in .
I felt Rosenior wanted to be Mr nice guy with the players all the time and played players out of position and relied far too much in League 1 from playing out and across the back involving the goalkeeper too much .
After Wycombe I thought he maybe would start to adapt but Clowes had already made his mind up .
I wish Warne all the best as I do Rosenior.
The players need to buy into Warne but it won’t be instant as he inferred .
Warne is Warne and you get what you see by the look of it .
He is a bit of a Brian Clough type character in my eyes. 

Yes, I wasn't very happy that night, either! 
It will be interesting to see what Warne gets out of the players that changes that. 
He will still have the problem that his experienced players are a bit too old and his younger players aren't experienced enough. I'm interested to see how he blends the two because I am not sure Rosenior had worked out how to do that yet.

We only just beat Wycombe after the system was changed .
Rosenoir had us all over the place in lots of games.

I think it will take a few games as I reckon the levels of fitness in the players will need to be upped to play the way warne wants us doing ,
personally I’m looking forward to more aggressive pressing type of football and more urgency on the ball 

I believe we have hired the manager that will ultimately take us back to the Premier League.

Most if not all on here said at the start of the season League1 is a tough division, Fast and physical, LRs approach was different, Gets players in with a little pedigree, Plays a rigid formation that dictates how much possession we'll have, Unfortunately, And in LRs words we've been watched and the opposition have worked us out, Well I was dumbfounded, Fancy a team watching another team to find out how they play.
If Warne has been offered the job and if Warne accepts the job, The game plan will be different, They play a mix of fast pace and pressure teams into making mistakes, Get balls into the box with players waiting for the crosses, Instead of keeping the ball, Letting the opposition re set their defence who then break fast and put us under pressure and score.
There's not a person on this planet who knows what the outcome will be if Warne takes over, If he does he'll get my support as LR did.

Indeed! And we’ve signed, what is it, 11 or 12 players? Surprised there is any criticism at all (albeit very gentle sarcasm at this stage).

It's a whole 2 weeks since Korey Smith signed and just under 4 weeks of the transfer window left. 
How about showing a bit of patience? 

Indeed - The only people that will benefit financially are the lenders (savers) so if there are people on the RT board will any significant investment in the union then they should probably be up front about it.
TBH I've tended to stick up for RT in the past but I'm not sure they're very representative any more. 

I wouldn't go that far ? but I've always rated him and defended him against his critics who crop up every time he makes a mistake. I'd love to have him here for another season.

No, I think Pearce was an employee trying his best to make his boss's hare-brained schemes work.
After all, Mel was happy to interfere in footballing decisions, when he had no experience. He's a successful businessman, so it's beyond comprehension that he wouldn't be the driving force in business decisions.
