Sat here in bits again. My dad is really really ill and his bad days seem to coincide with bad news Derby days. He is Derby through and through and I'm not sure he understands or is aware of the off the field stuff now but I know later watching those goals on Quest with him how he will light up as little else makes him do now. That is why we have to save our club. It is not about amortisation, stadium sales, law suits, points deductions, etc. it is about watching those goals with my dementia-ridden dad and seeing his happiness for a few minutes later knowing we're off the bottom. The wonder of dementia is he will have forgotten tomorrow so we can do it all again several times. So duck the EFL, Morris, Gibson and the nobody chancer from Wycombe. We are better people than all of you and how dare you threaten the existence of our Derby family. 

The EFL may want to relegate our club, maybe even destroy it.....

I find it interesting that the 17 day window to stop liquidation, handed down by efl coincides with the transfer window.
It means the efl are demanding that the Derby sell their best players for a lower price, as top price will not guarantee, that the sale goes through before the window closes.
Even once Derby sell players, the transfer embargo isn't lifted so the efl gives Derby zero chance of signing replacements.
Efl know Derby must sell to raise funds to get through to the end of the season, so they give a 17 day window.
Plus they know any buyer will not complete the sale in 17 days.
The efl are sick of Derby doing well after the points penalty that they handed down, they don't want Derby to survive and so they reduce the teams strength still further by forcing the sale of best players.
The efl claims that they have the best interests of Derby at heart, a complete lie.

Don’t really post on here too much anymore, but just wanted to say:
if you are the sort of fan who, like me, is prone to getting really quite down when stuff like this is happening to Derby County Football Club, then my DMs are open if you just need someone to talk/vent to. 

Their statement isn’t worth anything, corrupt, inept, spineless, useless, I could go on. Not for for purpose and the game will die because of these useless bar stewards. 
 
we aren’t the first and we won’t be the last. Other clubs fans revelling in our turmoil should think they may be next.

I’m currently feeling (after a few drinks) duck the EFL, duck gibson and duck that Bamford at Wycombe, take us down to wherever, I’ll still be there. I’d rather our club die a martyr than succumb to these bullies. Derby County may not live for ever but we would rise like a phoenix and I know for sure I’ll be there.

The ONLY good thing to come out of Derby County going bust is his wallet would be hit. Duck him, ‘one of our own’ we used to sing… how wrong we were, doesn’t even deserve to call himself a fan… we’d be better off without him.

As a 29 year old father of 3 I can’t believe someone would stoop so low to put that on Wikipedia… although I completely agree with them and am ITK that they were annoyed it was changed so quickly. ?
