I'm no royal fan but am deeply saddened at her passing.  She's all any of us has ever known. I've sung her name with passion at numerous football and rugby internationals. She's worked tirelessly for this country and the commonwealth states for 70 years. She deserves a break. RIP Your Majesty

Life must go on. A respectful minute silence before the game and then back to calling the referee a clueless twazock for 90mins. 

For me it is a pointless trophy, even for the teams lower down. It's insulting to have to play under 21 teams. 
Why don't they scrap the EFL trophy and the EFL cup (Premier league teams don't really give a toss about this one). Make one tournament that only the championship and below play and include the national league teams.

Saturday potentially highlighted the need for Knight’s energy in midfield despite how well he is doing at right back, OR at least a different option for midfield to shore things up and give us a little more control in there (I appreciate this could have been Smith if he were fit on Sat). DET published a list of free agents yesterday and one that stuck out to me as potentially a shrewd option is Jon Flanagan at rb. He’s 29 now so a little younger than some of the other players we’ve brought in, and was once well thought of at Liverpool as a yoof. Wonder if he could come in and do a job, allowing Knight to be a midfield option at times.

I think this is a good lesson for the manager today. I really enjoy his confidence and the way he speaks in interviews, I think Liam will be a great manager for us going forward. I can't back him making subs after an hour. I can understand making changes when the team is chasing a game. He should have tried to soldier on and wait until we made the changes. Completely disrupted the balance of the side.
Central midfield was a shambles today. Hourihane might be a match winner, I thought he looked completely off the pace today. No energy, Plymouth midfield dominated. 
One point off the play offs. As long as we stick around the top half by Christmas I'm happy enough. Plenty of games to go. Hopefully the manager will gain this valuable experience going forward.
