I have to admit I am really happy with this since I think Washington and Collins might actually form a good partnership. Hard workers, seems to have the right attitude and both have a point to prove. Can't wait for the season to start but only after a few more incomings since we still are a bit short in numbers.

For context before Mcgolderick’s 22 last season , he only had 5 seasons of double figures out of about 15-16 seasons 134 goals .
Washington has 161 goals in less seasons. I fully expect him to outweigh his expectations.

Squad starting to take shape, 5 new signings all with promotion experience, and some leadership quality to replace what we lost in Davies and Stearman. 
Really solid base to the team assuming it’s a back 3 formation like either of these. We need forward additions (hopefully @Big Trav and @DCFC1388 are right with Washington) but some signs of promise.

2 year deal, great signing that. The back 5 and keepers are solid, real foundation to build on going forward! 🐏 

I'm going to back Collins to have a good season for us.
I just have this feeling he will break the 20 goals for the season tally. Call it blind faith, stupidity. 
I actually think Collins, hourihanne and Barkhuizen will be much better than last season.

Bit of a ballache to find the details but basically says he's had offers in the Championship but believes he will get more a first team chance here so is training with us currently.

Bolton are apparently trying to sign Josh Maja as he wants to come back to England, if that’s true and he’s willing to play in league one we should be all over that.
 
16 goals in 37 games last year in French second division. Scored a few goals for Fulham in the prem in 2021 on loan. Also scored 15 Goals in 24 games in league one when he was just 20 years old in the 18/19 season.
 
He’s also a free transfer as he refused a contract extension with Bordeaux.
