I really didn’t like his early interviews, which were a bit cringeworthy IMHO. But over the last year they have got better. This one I really enjoyed. Very self deprecating, and becoming clear why the players have responded so well to his approach. 
One thing that is clear - his insistence on bringing in “players with character”, which many laughed at when he kept mentioning it, has been the key to our promotion. 
It will be interesting to see how he develops as a manager in the championship. My suspicion is that we’ll retain a strong core of hard work and running, but it will be augmented with a little more flair. 

Can’t really blame either.
Buchanan was offered a chance to join a Bundesliga club. 
And Bielik was always going to go as his wages were unsustainable.
Both joining Birmingham permanently was a bit odd though.
I expected both to be doing better.

As Warne has been preaching all week - stay CALM. We don’t want anyone sent off with an adrenaline fuelled stupid tackle, or taking on stupid shots when someone is better placed.
Let our skill do the talking so we can celebrate afterwards with the players/staff and above all owner. No stupid pitch invasions to spoil the day for most.

Warne may have a top half budget if we go up, other teams with similar budgets will having a better starting point with ready made and experienced championship teams.

Well, I'm sure I'd feel much worse if I weren't under such heavy sedation.

Why would you want to give the team finishing 3rd from bottom in the Championship or below another chance to avoid relegation simply because the team finishing third in the league below were not good enough on the day to beat them in a one off game (or two games if played over two legs)? The fact that the team finishing third MIGHT not be good enough to play in the division above isn’t sufficient justification for another team to avoid relegation.
If you hate the idea of the team finishing third missing out against the team finishing 6th possibly due to injuries or because they had an off day, wouldn’t you hate the idea of the team finishing third losing out to the team finishing 3rd from bottom potentially for the same reasons?

I’m not sure it’s that spontaneous given some people are already declaring their intent.

As long as you ain’t being anti social and/or harassing the general public you won’t have a problem. It’s a dispersal order not an exclusion zone.
