well unless they take him up on the offer it doesn't solve anythig, but it certainly shifts the narrative bigtime and looks to have completley wrongfooted EFl and the parasite clubs with their own crappy statements. Morris is rightly blamed for a lot of the crap we are in , but he is right with almost everything he says here.  

Time to show your true colours Mr Gibson. If you are so confident, take up Mel Morris’ offer of a day in court… or are you going to hide behind the EFL and their dodgy rule book… your move…

Just this guy, you know? Philly guy who realizes that his opinion matters little but shares it anyway on sports, politics, philosophy and life's buffoonery.

Personally, I carry printed copies of the EFL rules and the DC/LAP written reasons wherever I go. You never know when someone is going to start asking awkward questions, and it's always good to have the option of getting it out and waving it around.  And the printouts are useful too...
