Premier ram reacted to angieram in Conor Hourihane - Has left the club
All the best, Conor - right move at this point in his career.
Was a good signing for Derby, experienced head supporting the younger players and much respect for him in the dressing room.
Admire that he knew when he needed to look elsewhere- many don’t.

Best of luck to him been a good servant for us.

Premier ram reacted to Earl of Tupton in Worst Refereeing decision for and against Derby.
That’s him. Remember now. Disgraceful challenge. Equally disgraceful decision. I’ve never been so incensed as I was that day. If it had been the other way around I’m pretty sure Rennie wouldn’t have been able to get the card out quick enough.

A LOT more competitive definitely. We’re aiming high in the transfer market, we won’t just be there to make numbers up next season

Premier ram reacted to Rich3478 in Transfer rumours
Think he’d be a bargain at that price, was excellent at pride park. Someone who dictates the tempo and pace of a game.
He’s 29, can have 4 or 5 years yet. Love to see him and ebou play together.

Players player of the year, involved in 14 goals. Whole team was off at Wembley can't write him off on that.

Bernard has played most of the season at LCB and a few games on the right. I can't see him joining a club to be backup, and he wont get in the side over Cashin or Nelson. I dount he'd be ahead of Nyambe in the pecking order either. Any CB signing should be the key man in yhe middle of our defence.
Vaulks and Adams would be a very solid midfield pairing. Both lead by example and set standards on and off the pitch. Warne also got the best out of Vaulks, contributing 7 goals and 7 assists in his final season before he went to Cardiff.

Premier ram reacted to Ambitious in Paul Warne
Just caught up on the whole hour (well, 45 minutes) on the TalkSPORT app.
It's important that he takes opportunities like this and gets himself into the media to build a reputation. He comes across really well and a lot of the neutral supporters tend to really like him his approach.
He's clearly working really hard behind the scenes, it seems as though the recruitment team have done a lot of work and now is the important part of putting it all together. Obviously he was very coy on budgets, but sounds like he knows the scale of the task at hand and knows the ability of the players required. I think it will be more competitive than people anticipate.

Premier ram reacted to Anon in Wayne Rooney
I should've been more specific with what I said. I don't care about his record as a player. I absolutely do care about his managerial record for the following reason. All the main pro Rooney arguments are based upon the adverse conditions he was dealing with at Derby. The Birmingham job was a chance to see how he would fare without points deductions or takeover rumours as a distraction. With his players being paid on time and taking over with the team in 6th instead of 24th. As we all saw, that Birmingham stint didn't exactly lend any credence to the idea that Rooney would've been a successful manager here if only the circumstances had been better.
I don't think Rooney was useless, just not very good and vastly overrated by most Derby fans. He was definitely better than Phil Brown.
