I’d be amazed with premier league move.  He struggles to get involved in games, that be so much harder for a low end prem team.
Actually think being objective a move is way sibley needs, Coventry being a good one for example.

If Warne remains in charge we will Yo-Yo between Championship and League One.
Oxford and Plymouth will probably struggle next season. I’m trying to see who else we can finish above, especially after QPR, Sheff Wed, Stoke, Swansea and Millwall all improved following managerial changes.

A number of reasons why we can't expect a good run at a top 6 place. 
There are more than 6 teams with much bigger budgets than we'll have. 
There are more than 6 teams who already have more players than Derby with recent premier and championship experience. 
There are more than 6 teams who don't need to rebuild like Derby have to.
There was a report highlighted on one of the topics regarding the average wage bill of teams promoted to the premier, it was over £60m, we will be no where near that. 
We're can hope and dream of a top six place, but to expect it, that's delusional. 
Or maybe your deliberately setting unrealistic targets, so you can say that the club have failed at the end of the season?

What? Oxford look completely comfortable here. Derby on the other hand were lucky Wildsmith had the game of his life and we scored late on from a corner.
We were poor against Bolton. And if we play like that every game in the Championship we will be relegated.

If we'd kept Rosenior we'd be looking forward to a second season in the Championship

We'd be looking at a third season in League One if Clowes didn't swap Rosenior for Warne.

Nigel Clough would have taken us up...eventually. 

Why would most players good enough to play at league 1 and 2 level be necessarily prone to poverty and have to turn to football as their only way to avoid it?
