Nobody said nasty things about him at the ground and guess what ? He pulled the chuffin’ plug anyway. I’ve no time for him.

Always hated the ‘we can concentrate on the league’ mantra. We can concentrate on league - 46 matches but not field full strength sides for cups? Doesn’t make sense. Should always be going for a trophy for prestige. Leicester went for it back in the 90s when every team was putting out reserve sides.

Well let's have a fa cup run now nrothing to lose and everything to gain let's go as far as we can. Plus it will raise much need cash to help to keep our very very much love club going. And fairly tails have already been made this year why cant Derby have one this year. And maybe do the unthinkable and get to the final.

Couldn't disagree more. Mel's utter mismanagement and abandonment of the club have left us in this place, it's not just the EFL's actions. You may think FFP is ridiculous but they are the rules and they have been known about for a long time. Up until last year as shown by the al Jazeera doc he was still asking for 50 million for the club without the stadium and 100 million with it. This is hardly the actions of a man who was desperate to sell but rather someone who wanted to get his money back. He's screwed the club, screwed the fans, screwed the staff and he's walked away with some people still kissing his backside. 

Have we got a new scapegoat for our plight??? It’s all the EFL’s fault, it’s all Gibsons fault. It appears it may soon be Ed Dawes fault. At what stage does the penny drop that we are reaping what we have sown. I for one actually feel relief at today’s announcement. We are now free for a new owner to come in with a bid, knowing we will be a league 1 club with all our skeletons out of the closet. One step back now but 2 steps forward over the coming years I believe. And just to let the young uns know. The last time we were in division 3 was great. We stormed it with a massive support home and away. It’s not all doom and gloom 

FFP exists. Whether you think it’s a good idea is meaningless.

put it this way, i work in burton with a few leicester, few Derby and a few forest fans. everyone that isn't a Derby fan laughs at the percieved witch hunt by the efl and see it what is it. it is about time Derby fans do too, i know we are tribal but for gods sake wake up
