17 March 2007, Derby 3 Cardiff 1, Howard 2, Barnes.
I remember being at this game and the pace Barnes showed for his goal was unreal. I nearly pissed myself laughing at Kevin McNaughton pumping his arms and legs through custard trying to get back to within a mile ot Giles ?

Still early on in his time with us, but based on the few appearances so far would folks be keen to have him on loan for a second year? If man u were willing to let him go again I'd say yes.
Considering our lack of CBs in the squad it could be good to have him back having built up some rapport and gained experience over half a season. Providing he doesnt have a total mare in the next 10 games of course.

He must be getting close to hitting the number goals he scored in all his games for us, just in his first season at millwall ?
* Mason Bennett I mean, forgot to quote

Not beer related, but it is drink related!
Anybody had anything from White Peak Distillery before? Despite considering myself a local to it I’ve only found out it exists a few weeks back. Had some interesting looking rum on their site but it’s now gone sadly, some nice looking gins though and whiskey later on in the year.
Same as you I've been intrigued by it but haven't tried any of the products yet. Must have driven past it 1000s of times and never realised it was there!

Great news for Tomori!
I wonder if the Italian influence could take his game to the next level? He always had the physical attributes and seemed to have a great attitude as well. Add in some defensive know-how in the style of Nesta, Maldini, etc then England could have a top class centre back option!
Would be very happy to see that happen

Great game this one! Weirdly I remember that Frank Lebouf always seemed to stand out one way or another in games against us for Chelsea whether it was a red card, a goal or an own goal. Just always seemed heavily involved in some manner ?

Awesome can design and I do love the Black Sheep beers I've tried, but pineapple flavour in beer sounds a little odd to me! Is it a strong pineapple flavour?

What do the beer-lovers have lined up for tonight? No delivery at home this week for me as I have been trying to cut back to every couple of weeks instead.
I've got a German theme to my bottles though, Erdinger Dunkel and Jever Pils (part of my last order from The Alex) are ready to go when work is over ???

26 February 2005, Nottingham Forest 2 Derby County 2, Rasiak 2.
I really enjoy checking this thread!
This didn't jump out in my memory at all like most forest Derby games do. Just watched the highlights back and it came flooding back to me.
Let's hope CKR can dominate them tonight the way Rasiak did that season!
Well worth a watch:

Wasn't able to follow the game tonight due to other commitments, curious as to the "antics"?
Didn't expect us to get anything from tonight so any point would have been a bonus to me.
Had a feeling he might score against us a la huddlestone all those years ago. I hope he comes back to us some day same as hudds as well

Any fans of Theakstons Old Peculier? A classic. Haven't had it for quite a while but it's part of the 3 for £5 in my local One Stop so I've picked up a trio

I feel sorry for Whittaker, I really do.
Moving to Wales is bad enough but then to actually move to Swansea, jesus christ it's like Shameless.
Wooooah now!
As a former resident or the lovely ugly city of Swansea, I'd argue the opposite. Swansea and Derby are very very similar to me having lived in both. They look incredibly bleak when you walk around the litter-strewn concrete messes of city centres amongst the local crackheads. But they're actually not terrible places to live!
You've got gorgeous scenery close by (The Gower / The Peak district), nearby bigger cities for gigs and proper entertainment (Cardiff/Bristol and Notts/Brum) and the cost of living is cheap. The walk out to the liberty has a very similar feel to the walk out to pride Park too funnily enough.
If it weren't for the crazy accents Morgan would barely notice a difference ??
P.s well done on the debut goal Morgan!!

Morgan Whittaker hoping for a debut from the bench tonight as well as another former ram Kieron Freeman who joined the Swans this month

Does he still live in Derby. Fire and pitchforks at the county border refusing him entry.
Since they aren't going to take the record off our hands now, I'd quite like to see Lowe and Bogle fire them to the greatest of great escapes!

Bogle's goal helps the blades clinch the win that takes them on to 11 points. Our record continues to live

I shared a bottle of Kloster Andechs Doppelbock Dunkel with the Memsahib earlier today. Boy, what an absolutely fabulous beer. I was even inspired to review it (I write lots of reviews for Beers of Europe, and get a few free bottles off them)...
A very eloquent review and certainly makes me want to try it!

Was really hoping to see utd get booted out of the Europa league by Milan but unfortunately looks like they're going to squeeze through
