Gordamn reacted to ossieram in Fans are our own worst enemy at times
But we did have a verse with hatchets and hammers, carving knives and spanners!
Were they going going to do a spot of DIY whilst carving a roast?

Anyone going to this match with a view to wrecking the place should take a look at themselves. We all suspect the EFL have it for us and this would just fuel the fire and give them something else to drive a nail in our coffin. Also, if we do have a new owner, his first payout would be a massive fine. Welcome to Derby

This is a must.
We are gaining tremendous amount of support for our case, if our fans go up to Middlesbrough and vandalise the stadium in any way, or turn things violent, it would not be a great look for us at all.
Let only your voices be heard.

Left Bonn (Germany) at 11:30 last night. Train from there to Frankfurt, flight from Frankfurt to Stansted, three trains later and just about to get through the door.
If you could all keep the noise down tomorrow, that would be much appreciated, as I'll be pretty tired. Cheers.

I've bit my lip long enough.....
I'm not Interested in MM one bit. He is 100% to blame for all this and clearly doesn't care much for the people of Derby, especially with us being dragged through the mire.
If it were me I would hold up my hands admit I've screwed up and do what I can to put things right before sailing off in to the sunset. If he had no links with Derbyshire you could make excuse for him. The fact he's from Derby makes it downright shameful.
If I had the money I would bail the club out as I know what the club means to the people of Derby. It absolutely breaks me that I could have taken my Grandson to PP for the last time and it is all down to MM

My first with my dad was a 3-0 win against Arsenal with Wright missing a penalty. He will never forget it!
Actually coming up for this one with my dad just in case it's our last game.

Gordamn got a reaction from Ken Tram in Boro forum theory
Having read the boro forum which is pretty similar to every football forum in terms of characters I came across this.
Does anyone know if there is any truth in this? Would this go someway to explain SG's motivation? Would maybe partly explain despite the bad press why he won't relent as can kick MM one more time.
I think the key to this may be the debt to MSD Holdings, approx £20m, which carries a personal guarantee from Mel Morris. My understanding, as a layperson, is that liquidation would trigger that liability i.e. MSD can come after MM personally. MSD is, in practice, Michael Dell of Dell Computers, who is worth about $60 billion. This is the situation that MM wishes to avoid - personal liability to someone out of his weight division. He is therefore under pressure to reach an agreement with Boro and Wycombe to avoid liquidation and leave the liabilities with DCFC. Gibbo knows this and is keeping the pressure on.

Gordamn reacted to Ambitious in Boro forum theory
It wouldn't surprise me. It makes sense from their statement. However, this is exactly the type of nonsense which is going to end up in us getting liquidated.
Gibson would rather see Mel Morris punished financially than Derby County saved. We know that much is true, which again is his prerogative. He has claimed he doesn't want Derby liquidated, but his actions speak otherwise. I honestly feel that Gibson wouldn't care one way or another if Derby were to be liquidated. He doesn't care about us as fans, he doesn't care about Derby as a city, but he really ducking hates Mel Morris.
He's willing to see this club die to punish Mel Morris, but Mel handed him the ammunition in the first place. I hate both of them, equally. I wish both of them nothing but harm and misery until their last dying breath. I want them to suffer for what they've put this club through. I can't stress that much enough.

I wouldn’t entertain the baalocks on their forum. I’m surprised some can put a sentence together.

Mel Morris is responsible for the mess we are in. If he is a Derby supporter then he needs to take some responsibility and do his bit to help sort this out. I doubt it will happen but if he was a true fan he wouldn't be letting this happen. It's time he showed some backbone.

Thanks for explaining to a simpleton! Struggling to understand the differences between the line of legal action/efl action.

Gordamn reacted to Ewetube in Steve Gibson trying to liquidate Derby
That's a really disheartening scenario.
If we'd have been as rubbish this season as a lot of us imagined we'd be, it wouldn't be such a bitter pill to swallow.
The fact that we've played with such passion, pride and belief makes it even worse, if it was all for nothing.

Gordamn reacted to Ellafella in Steve Gibson trying to liquidate Derby
They don’t need to unless a legal challenge is brought which would take months- their rules leave them with discretion to judge a case on specific merit.

Gordamn got a reaction from Ken Tram in Steve Gibson trying to liquidate Derby
I think they have as much admitted that. Boro threatened the EFL with action and the EFL pointed them to us.
The frustrating part is (someone correct me if I am wrong) is that the EFL won't say yes this is or no it isn't a football debt as either answer creates so many issues for them. It either sets a precedent that unproven claims are football debts which would be ridiculous as they are unproven in a court of law or they get sued by Boro and have to go to court. This would then highlight their mistakes in the public eye.
