inter politics reacted to BramcoteRam84 in Paul Warne appointed as Head Coach
Rosenior has worked for big clubs as a player and manager, he’s also been through our most turbulent times and convinced some of our best young players to stay, he gets it. We’re starting from scratch again with Warne. Warne doesn’t have any experience of these type of clubs. The reason Sunderland and Sheff Utd stayed down was making similar appointments.
Im not happy with the impending appointment that’s quite clear, Rosenior hasn’t been given a fair chance and personally I think he’s a good longer term bet, we will watch with envy as he goes and takes a club into the premier league, we’ve chucked a good one away.
However now he looks like he’s in of course I’ll back Warne, he’s said negative stuff about us in the past but can forgive him that, he’s a good guy seems very passionate and committed and someone you want to succeed.

Heartfelt thank you to you Liam. The way you helped bring the club together and your work bringing in so many quality players in a short space of time will not go forgotten. Disappointing and sudden end but you'll always be welcome back at Derby.

Madness. I thought LR was doing a good job and had a great connections with us fans.

So lets bring in a manager who has a style which is the complete opposite of all of our players.
This has Nigel Pearson written all over it.
We need to wait to see what comes out on the official site, and what LR's comments are, but honestly, I'm so disappointed and frustrated right now.
Is David Clowes playing Football Manager again and falling into the same trap that Mel Morris did? Does the power get to people?
At times the football may have been a little frustrating but we're looking for stability. LR was bringing that and he had no issue in attracting players to the club. I wonder how all those new signings feel right now?
Very down right now but I await the official comments on the clubs site before making a full opinion of the situation.

Surely Warne will want to bring his own guys in. Would be amazed if Rosenior stays on.
There may be other things going on here but very risky move as we finally had some relative stability at the club.

Not sure this has been noted but Sheff Utd have a recall clause in Jan

Knight, Bird and Sibley still rams… thats a good enough transfer deadline for me! These three are key to our success this season imo.

Football is so very much about momentum. Scoring two goals at the death to turn a losing position into a win makes a massive difference. It gives everyone at the club belief. Nothing is impossible. We are always capable of winning.
Well done lads today for not giving up. And for scoring two goals!
