AutoWindscreens got a reaction from Foxy Ram in Boro (A) Match Thread
What are we going to sing now?
We love you, yeah, yeah, yeah?

It's that bit holding the net up, surely?

Well yes, but it IS poetry.

Scansion is about syllables in each line. ‘They docked us 21’ is true iambic pentameter. It’s a poetry thing.

I agree with your OCD in this matter! "they docked us 21" would be better.
What does scansion mean?

Guys! Please! .... Scansion!
I love, love, love the song and the spirit, but the first line is doing my head in: it has too many syllables. You can't hear it very well, because everyone jumbles out "twenty one points" in a rush.
MUCH better if "points" was dropped and the line was "They docked us twenty one" - the same syllables and rhythm as "Allez allez allez" and you can finish the line on a good long "ooone".
Please amend accordingly and report for singing practice at the Riverside Stadium at 15:00 on 12 March.

Oh yeah! ?
I did indeed completely forget there was an original, before we (and every other club) nicked it! ? ?

Just as long as it's not "We fought to the end", then I'll be happy, whatever the outcome! ??

Didn't know that, interesting. Breach of confidentiality claim right there!

AutoWindscreens got a reaction from uttoxram75 in The Administration Thread
I think the precedent for it is that when Boro sued Liverpool over the Ziege transfer, and settled, that was treated as a football debt. But arguably it is different, because that was a transfer claim - they were saying they would have got a higher transfer fee if Liverpool hadn't tapped him up.

I just hope that no one in the football world forgets the unique factor in our current situation and that is the claims of two other EFL members......never done before and will probably never be done again because of rule changes.
We've taken our punishment and probably the longest embargo ever, all the less visible punishments have hurt us as much as the points deductions.
Have the EFL not noticed that media coverage has lost interest in the promotion race, and is now more interested in DCFC survival fight?? DCFC is the story and the EFL once again just dont get it.
I think we will survive, but I KNOW, we won't FORGET.

My open reply:
1 None of your business
2 We were going to Class cram you but for the EFL
3 None of your business but we have
4 Go on then tell us how much!

THIS should be belted out at our home game with Birmingham. The lyrics sum up how I feel right now about Derby!

I really am going to make use of the swear filter after reading that pile of ducking tripe, the ducking Bamfords.

AutoWindscreens got a reaction from Rammy03 in Wayne Rooney
I think (hope) that is slight journalistic overstatement. The sub-heading says Everton have a shortlist of four and "will" interview them. (i.e. assuming those four want to talk). Doesn't say Wayne has turned up with his CV and is sitting outside the Chairman's office right now.
