England women were good last night. What a turn around.
Bonus joke - They were also good in the football earlier.
-
Brighton and Villa games were decent last night. Nice to see different teams in Europe now rather than just the usual.

Uncharted on netflix. Good and the team of Mark Wahlberg and Tom Holland worked well. 8/10.
-
Man U game was good. Last half hour specially as both teams went for a winner.

Newcastle concede 98th min penalty. Var is daft.

Rise, Dawn and War of the Planet of the Apes. Not seen these since the cinema visits. Rise and Dawn 8/10, War 7.5/10.

v Ethiopia finished 0-0
Should do well with those 4 legs although I can see handball becoming a problem.

Cray Valley Paper Mills did well...ht 1-1 but folded in the second half.

It's a crazy idea and spoils the game. It's so refreshing to watch a match without it.

Never thought I'd say this but that United game was great viewing for the neutral. Had everything.

Downsizing - I had high hopes for this thinking it was a more adult 'shrinking humans' type film. Also stars Matt Damon. The idea and first half hour or so set the scene well. Then the film takes a strange turn and forgets what it's supposed to be. The idea of the minaturisation gets lost and forgotten about most of the time. It becomes quite dull to be honest. 5/10.

1. v forest 1983 won 2-0 so unexpected because we were really poor at the time also lots of animosity due to Peter Taylor being in charge of Derby against Clough’s forest. I was 17 at the time Derby was absolutely buzzing that night (pre getting checked for ID in pubs)
2. v Newcastle 1976 won QF 4-2 we were brilliant I was convinced we were going to win the cup that year
3. v Liverpool 1976 won 1-0 I think Roger Davies came off the bench to score a late winner, it was absolutely rammed my dad managed to get a 10 year me stood on the concrete block round the floodlights so I could see
4. v Sheffield United away 1986 won 1-0 Hindmarch (RIP) goal, we had a massive away following
5. v forest away 2009 won 3-2 came back from 2 down to win replay and to cap it all Kris Commons scored the winner in front of the rams fans
worst FA Cup experience losing semi final to United in 1976
My feelings too 1-5. Newtons goal v newcastle was something special. Hightlighted comment...probably never got over that one. At least Utd lost the final.

I agree I was brought up watching us in the 1970’ s and I am finding it hard to accept this situation at the moment
Yes I thought games like beating Real Madrid 4-1 would be every week.

Thanks for headsup...was looking forward to it. Suprised last nights York v Wigan went ahead with the fog. Even the fans were chanting "We can't see the ball"!
