Depends if there has been a breakdown of communication somewhere between you the builder and the renderers. I'd suggest you mention that possibility to him.
You could tell the builder that you believed your options were £600 or £900 and you verbally agreed the £900.
If he's a reasonable sort he'll check with the render duo. If there was no itemised bill then their verbal price should stand.
Stand your ground and offer the £900. If he gives you a hard luck story maybe offer a grand but tell him that's your absolute limit as you'd had to stretch for the rendering job anyway. Give him a bit of praise, tell him how pleased you are with the work etc and you are really sorry for any misunderstanding.

Bielik of last season pre-injury would definitely be leaving, many takers both championship and premier league. 
Since he’s come back he’s shown glimpses but nothing like his form last season. Maybe a relegated premier league club might take a punt on him and he’ll go, but not sure he will be as desirable this summer.

After his first attempt to buy Derby and the fact he seemingly can’t afford the ground and either can’t afford or isn’t prepared to pay enough for the 15 points to be avoided. I suspect 1 of 2 things will happen. Firstly, the EFL will refuse ( correctly) to apply the minus 15 points this season and he will walk away having basked in his 15 mins of fame, or. EFL do agree to apply the 15 points this year and MA swoops in and buys the club and ground. Either way I would be shocked if he ever ends up being the owner of DCFC

I would not expect the cost of my season ticket to change next season . So we will be the highest prices in League One. Personally I would gladly pay that although would prefer we could stay up by some miracle.
