The consolidation of money and power in the hands of a few is not a bug, it's a feature of how football has been run for 30 years.

It's quite an unpleasant forum on here sometimes isn't it.
The blokes doing his job,has some time off for unknown reasons and gets personally slagged off by fellow derby supporters whilst he does so.

There isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t think about Bloomers.
Shrewsbury wore T-shirts with his, and another supporters’ name on, when they celebrated that promotion.
Fantastic broadcaster, wonderful bloke. I miss him.

I know this was always going to be one of our tougher games this season but I think the point many are trying to make is that that the gap between the two sides in terms of quality of football isn't really acceptable.
Yes Bolton are good but why shouldn't we be playing like they do? It's not like they have a much stronger squad and piles of cash.

I think he will play himself into form, he’s hardly played for a season because of injury I think? He seriously can’t be that bad.

LittleEatonRam got a reaction from Caerphilly Ram in Is this the worst Derby County side in the club's 139 year history?
I think you have to be wary of recency bias at times like this. There are certain people I know, for example, who insist that every bad performance is 'the worst I've seen us play in 40/50/60 years' etc etc, even when they said that the previous week.
It must be sheer coincidence that the worst performance they ever saw just so happens to be the one they are just walking out of the ground having seen.

For me personally the nadir was the Phil Brown months. Come back to me when you've seen us lumping the ball up aimlessly to the 36 year old player-assistant manager who has just come off the bench.

Said before, will say again - as long as he doesn't do what Morris nearly did and run us irresponsibly he has my full backing, for good.

My personal opinion is not to criticise clowes.
Hes the reason we have a club. Hes running it sustainably so we dont have this threat again.
Sure the decisions hes made may not pay off but thats normal in life and business.

You asked for thoughts, well here’s mine:
That this is a classless and frankly disrespectful topic about a man who reluctantly stepped in and saved our club when nobody else would.
So, unless he’s deliberately done something which has harmed the club or risked our future (financially or with the EFL) then yes, he’s blameless. IMO.
