@loweman2Merry Christmas ?
You are right again, my friend, it does make an excellent gift for Christmas.
And if any Rams fans are twiddling their gift vouchers and gift money not knowing what to do with it.
I can highly recommend The Colours of The Rams book, a great gift for birthdays and to any of your mates, that need a handy reminder of how wonderful Derby County have looked since they were formed.
Keep up the brilliant work, to all the guys and girls that help make this book, what it is, another brilliant part of Derby County’s wonderful history.

I don’t live in Scotland (it’s a lifestyle choice) but I could qualify under great grandfather rules, and I also quite like Dundee cake.
Your in, I heard your call, now all you’ve got to do, is get yourself to Pride Park, whenever I can drag anyone from Scotland to come along with the Aberdeenshire Rams.
I promise I will not drag Mr Roos along with me, he might have to do a bit of overtime and he’s usually quite busy on a Saturday.

Sing along to White Christmas, Spirit in The Sky etc.

I'm in Kelso. I have a season ticket but can't get to many games especially with the train drivers striking. My last game was Bristol Rovers.
I was at the Bristol Rovers game also. Loved it.

Excellent. Hopefully we will be taking the grandkids to the Cambridge game.
@Elgin_Ram can you DM your e-mail address. I tried copying you in to an e-mail but it returned your e-mail back stating :-
Reason: 5.1.1 The email account that you tried to reach does not exist.Maybe you have a new one?
Cambridge game will be too soon for me. But if there’s another game, at home probably Feb time, you can make, would be good to meet up?

We Are Derby Scotland,Fraserburgh, Elgin,Edinburgh & Glasgow Rams Calling…………
Any Dundee, Inverness, Rams etc?Anyone else from Scotland out there etc.
I received a lovely e-mail from Aimee at Writing East Midlands CIC as below, and I’m asking my fellow Scottish Rams if they would fancy a trip to Pride Park soon? On a Saturday before a game, where we could be involved in a “We Are Derby” session, in the morning, which we could share our stories about being Derby County fans, living in Scotland etc.
HI Rich,
Thank so much for your email and it is brilliant to hear how you all support DCFC all the way from Aberdeenshire. We could absolutely look at running a session for the We.Are.Derby project for you before a match on a Saturday if you let me know a date when you’re planning on coming to Derby? Alternatively, we could also run an online session for you with Jamie Thrasivoulou who is the lead writer on the project and famous for his We Are Derby poem, would this be of interest to you, and if so, when would work? We’d absolutely love to hear more and feature you in the project, and also connect with other fans Fraserburgh, Elgin, Edinburgh & Glasgow etc.
Many thanks again for getting in touch, and I hope you all have a wonderful festive break,
Very best

I’m still waiting for the fans to be seen on the big screens celebrating when the grounds were empty due to Covid.
I’m also thinking of getting my hair dyed to get on TV with my Aberdeenshire Rams flag.
But firstly I might need to either get a good wig or a hair transplant or both.

Sad news. Shocked at the news, only 63. RIP Terry Hall. Special man.

Yes helping out where required but it’s time to let others come forward and contribute not the same old faces, it will be something very special if it can be pulled together, they are looking at letting it morph and develop at its own pace, sort of evolve as it goes along, not just written word in story format but videos, songs, poetry, paintings, thete is no agenda. I think it’s just about raising awareness and the creators to have the time to do it.
Sounds great. I’ll have to register and get on board the trains, planes and automobiles again and again to follow the mighty Derby County Football Club. We Are Derby. Home & Away.

I’d thrown in the towel at the start of the game when the commentator told us that Mr Beckham had turned up to the England training camp to hang out with the team.
Maybe the lads should have been training harder for the big game, instead of having their photo’s taken with Golden Balls!

Wouldn't it be nice for som sort of communication between club and fans
It would be even better if the fans could communicate properly before having a wet brolly strop at the club they support!
”som”……….
According to the new corner flag the game is still on, until you hear the game is off….ya blooming snowflakes!

So we’ve had a choice between Derby or England and the Jockeroos have gone for France and others have gone for Wales.
Lunatics all over the shop!
So on that note I’m with John Peel and I’m going for Burton Albion!

Is the second version still available?
I will buy the third version also.
Have you any spares of this shirt?
I was going to buy a Bocini Kids Sublimated Striped Football / Soccer Jersey T-Shirt with Mesh Panels from Australia as it’s the nearest shirt I can find that looks like it with the the two stripes on the front.
And thanks for your help regarding the1923-26 Derby White Home Laced Shirt, it’s brilliant like the books and all the shirts within it.

Bolton Wanderers (A) Tues 27th Dec, 3pm KO
in Derby County Forum
Posted
Trains are travelling along as they normally do in the Aberdeenshire area.
I will not be giving anyone a lift anywhere, as it’s the season to be merry and my car is enjoying the Christmas Holidays also, by remaining in the same position for several days and doing very little. It’s owner might warm it up, now and again, by hiding in it, from the kids, and listening to some music in peace.
Bolton Wanderers v Derby County
Sky Sports 3pm Kick Off.
(meet up 2pm onwards)
Any takers for a Xmas beer and a catch up at Aberdeen McGinty’s Meal an’ Ale pub on Tue 27th Dec 2022?
