To be honest I wouldn’t mind a groundshare agreement as it would screw Mel over. Then the council could not sanction any events there and cause the value to go down.
He can then lose the ground to MSD who will be more than welcome to sell it back to the club at a discount to get their money back.

I left the UK a while ago so I'll just say some general ones - 
Don't be loyal to one brand or company. If someone offers better deal, jump ship.
As soon as your contract ends with someone or insurance comes due, shop around. Pay yourself first. That's 20% into savings & investments each pay cheque. Make sure you have a good emergency fund, 3-6 months expenses. Use Quidco or Topcashback. I actually had BT giving me money to have their broadband once, I then got even more by cancelling their contract early as they raised prices too much and I could get out for free.

Anybody saying the away form killed us - you can’t expect that amount of youth to adapt to Championship football that quickly. Playing away is totally different to playing at home, especially with a thin bare squad.

?Basically because we do t have any natural finishers and consequently dont convert many if the few chances we do create. Also we fanny about too much at the back in away games with players who arnt good enough to do it. Also we are rubbish at marking at set pieces in awsy games. Also we play too deep in away games and quite often we are too negative and select the wrong players for certain matches. We need some bigger stronger players too ?

Think the administrators have rushed this announcement. They need to take a breather & have a long think about it.  It’s all going surprisingly too quick.

Not many managers leave clubs on good terms. 
If unfortunately Wayne does leave, he will leave as a hero. Maybe not due to performing a miracle, but for his loyalty and his leadership through a time where thing could not get any worse. Captains of a sinking ship should always be the last to leave. He has been our captain to the best of his ability and he has gained our respect for the rest of his managerial career.

There is literally nothing for the buyers to buy other than the ground and place in league 1 with -15 points.
Depending on what the EFL allows the new owner to buy that could be league 2 a year later. 
There are hardly any squat assets to buy.
Does that sound like a £50million club to you for someone with no emotional attachment to DCFC?
