Same here, seeing a lot of the big 6 fans talk football, it feels so disingenuous if that's the right word. Feels like a lot of them only got in it for the glory and don't seem to have a true connection with their club.

One of the things Warne talked about was not just the importance of the physical but also the players psychological fitness. The ability and willingness to keep playing right up to the final whistle, that they can achieve their ultimate goal.
I think that we the fans play a significant role with the psychological aspect. I believe the fight against the adversities the club as faced recently, brought out a more positive atmosphere amongst the fans, a willingness,a belief we can beat any difficulty and this positivity spread to the players.
Worryingly after listening to the expectation of some fans for the coming season. I fear that if these expectations are not met, we will see the criticism of the team start to increase, and this negativity  will easily spread to the players and impact on their performances.
So while the the club may have been saved, it is still recovering from this near fatality. We need to carry on giving the same level of support this season, that the team as had over these past years.

So after listening to Warnes interview a few things come to mind 
a how can anyone seriously not like this man he’s friendlily polite and honest and …cares about this club and it’s fans and players 
He is trying his best to get a decent hard working group of good footballers together and I support him whole heartedly…he’s a decent man who means well and I think we’re lucky to have someone with his principles 

It would be nice if every Rams fan gave him the backing this season too! 🙄

It must be so hard to give any kind of interview these days with the over analysis of every word, its ridiculous.
For me the interview was interesting but not particularly enlightening, as most sensible people already understand the way these things work. But I think that the determination to be upset is so overwhelming for some people that they can't help themselves when it comes to ripping these things apart.
If I was Paul Warne I'd wonder whether it was worth offering such candour preferring to just offer one word answers. I also wonder how some of these people would cope if Arthur Cox was in charge these days, getting any information out of him was like pulling teeth.

We need some of that. Imo it's been why our away from has been poor for years. We need height and strength at the back at this level. They can head it, boot it, block it and pass it 5 yards to a better player if needed.

I’ll be happy if we put a squad together of players we want (we being the club), early in the window, not the dregs of players at the end who haven’t been snapped up by other clubs. At least one today would be nice to get the feel good factor going

What could be more hate filled and moronic than indiscriminately killing innocent people ? This topic is less than one page in and it is turned into free speech and politics / facism , if gb news have reported lies or untruths then I will be disgusted with them or anybody else who does that
at this point I am going to hold back from being drawn into this same old garbage and stay with the tragedy of lost lives , the pain of they’re families and how the hell this has happened

I renewed two tickets all the way through Covid, and at the earliest possible opportunity last season, figuring the club needed the money ASAP.
Given the deadline is quite long this year, there's not the same urgency to Renew, so I'll stump up when it suits.
