His wife's Twitter (assume it's hers) makes interesting reading. She's got links to horse racing and in particular Coolmore Stud.
It's my belief that the photo's that were out last week at the Luton game including this fella(in shot talking to Rooney)Gary Cook and a well known assocaiate of the Coolmore operation.
Those who know racing,will know that some of the big Irish owners were part owners of Manchester United before it was sold to the Glazier family and they are also own golf courses and resorts.

It could be, it just looks a bit small time from a quick Google.
I'm not saying it won't happen, but a quick comparison to, say, Mel's own business career it looks a bit underwhelming at first glance.
That's why I suggested he may be part of a bigger consortium.

Roos back in goal for the weekend. Allsop has played well but shoes why he wasn’t first choice earlier this season with some poor decision making and kicking.
2 points dropped but better attacking play from us with Lawrence up front. We need to get ahead earlier and keep the pressure on before teams can react to the system.
