The regulations specifically set out how fans are to be represented at these forums - It doesn't say EVERY fan needs to be invited but that fans should be represented - Which is exactly what's happening 
He's choosing to ignore that in his quest to prove how underhanded the club are being

I would also like to address the talk of being gagged tonight as I have been contacted several times over the last 24hrs by text/Twitter DM and Forum pm’s.
Can I ask you to think why I would survey the forum for questions if we were gagged?

Yes, there maybe lines which are requested not to be repeated outside this room, I don’t know, let’s say for example we’re talking revenue and I’m asked how the pandemic has affected my ad revenue, what the impact has been online, it would be requested that this doesn’t leave the room as I shared my personal numbers.
Now some might say I want to know that information, I would say, well you start sharing your pay slips and bank statements online then I’ll talk and share mine publicly.
This might be a poor example given that tonight will be dominated by financial questions, however I assure you we will not be sat on vital key information.
I should be used to this, as I said earlier I always expected criticism from these meetings, Twitter is littered with fans looking to discredit a meeting that hasn’t even happened yet, they don’t know what questions will be asked and what answers will be shared.
Could understand if criticism came after the minutes were shared and fully expect that, but at least give us all attending a chance.
Given the amount of private messages I’ve received and having to respond to I just wanted to address being gagged so I can quickly link back to this post.
Honestly I’m worried all the ads I will see now across other sites will be S&M and leather masks! Please stop!

Only Bird, Knight, Sibley, Bielik and Jozwiak are contracted beyond this season (due to embargo restrictions). Using your logic we should sell everyone other than those 5 ?
There is no one we can currently sign who would be an improvement on Lawrence.

We paid £4m for him, a quarter of what we got for Ince, who didn't produce 8/10 every week. And also here is your problem, you expect him to produce 8/10 performances every week, if he did that he would be at Spurs or Everton or Arsenal. Only the very top players produce 8/10 every week.

As is this. He was very good under Lampard, people only remember Harry "£50m" Wilson, Mason Mount and Fikayo Tomori (not calling them, they were very good) from that season, but Lawrence also had a good season. He also had a good 2nd half to the 19/20 season.

If Forsyth has to play CB and Buchanan is out, it'll be Williams at LB.

Without signings, we have a lot of academy lads in backup positions until Knight and Bielik return, and even then we're still lacking a lot of depth. Sibley, with just 1774 minutes of Championship football to his name, is our 10th most experienced outfielder.
We would need one of the CBs to be the breakout start - whether Cashin, JBrown or Solomon. We'd also need one of Sibley, Hutchinson, Watson and Ebosele to claim one of the 3 AM spots.
Stretton could be a serious contender if he's got over his injury troubles.
Williams will have a bit of a run in the side whilst Buchanan recovers, and I think he'd do well enough to keep the spot even when Buchanan's fit.
LThompson would also be our backup CM for a few months.
Get all of the trialists in and the picture looks a lot different. The breakthough start would then be between Ebosele, Watson, Hutchinson and Stretton. The first three would be competing with Morrison to get into the starting lineup, whereas Stretton competing against Kazim and Baldock.
