As one of the more vocal "Outers", I'm sure you'll find a number of my posts where I've made "personal and irrelevant attacks on how [Warne] looks, talks and dresses" and following last night's win, the posts where I've been attacking Collins. In fact, since all "Outers" are as you describe, you shouldn't have much problem finding 10 "personal and irrelevant attacks" on Warne or Collins from 10 different people.

Hourihane is very good at what he can do - specifically his delivery into the box. However, there are a some things he'll never be able to do, but those are the sort of things Warne needs from midfielders to make his system work. Warne is also unwilling to change his philosophy to accommodate Hourihane's deficiencies. He's also on a very high wage for this league.
He's unlikely to be given a new deal at the end of the season, so I think it would also be in Hourihane's best interests to find an 18 month deal (or longer) in January rather than waiting until the summer. It would also benefit the club by freeing up a hefty wage which can then be used to strengthen the squad.

The most important thing Warne needs now is consistency. If we played like we did last night, he’d have next to nobody wanting him out, even if we did come off 3-1 losers to Stevenage.
We have showed on a couple of occasions that we can play good football and get good results, if we just revert back to poor football and poor results, it’s even more frustrating.
He deserves credit for the victory last night in the same way as he deserves criticism for games like Saturday. If we just perform hot & cold, we aren’t going to progress. Hopefully it’s something to build on.

Weirdly enough, I estimated our revenue at £19.5m with a top 3 wage bill, but got criticised by one poster for 'just guessing'. Promotion would result in a c£9m increase in revenue to £28.5m, plus however much higher the née TV deal is worth (can't be bothered to check those details).
Whilst I believe we will see a loss of around £4m for last season, losses in the Championship would be slightly higher. For reference, a midtable wage bill would be £30m - 100% of our revenue. Realistically, we would actually have a similar approach to the GSE days with a bottom 6 budget, around the £20m mark (a bit higher than what we had during administration).

I felt it was an exceptional performance for the first 60 mins, with the defensive side of our game being very good throughout, especially with winning the ball back in midfield. 6 different players with goals/assists is also a very encouraging sign.
The only real downside for me was the yse of subs. Momentum was lost when we made our changes, with less emphasis on playing through the middle and getting it wide, especially after Bird cane off and we went with 2 up top.
It was a shame Brown couldn't be brought on earlier before changing our system. It's also a shame that Suboey is back to the bench after 2 goals and 1 assist in less than 300 minute of action, with only 120 of those in his best position.

We aren't being run sustainably, we are still making a loss. Even if we go up, we'll still make a loss. To make Derby run sustainably you have to be in the Premier League. Patience isn't necessarily required. Watford were run more successfully than Derby with even less patience then Morris. 
So early into Warne's tenure? It's over a year in. Time for results. More like tonight, less of Saturday and everyone's happy.
