I suppose the question is, do the vouchers get handed out, via the advertised DCFC procedure/phases, until 1,347 vouchers have been claimed, before a "No More Vouchers Available" sign goes up... or can all 4000+ members "claim a voucher", regardless of actual ticket availability?  
 
I suspect it will be a case of grab the voucher, then go IMMEDIATELY to the Torquay website to claim the ticket, and just hope you are not on the cusp of the point of sell out!
... Oh wait... you can't, as you don't get the voucher until the following morning!  Blimey... It is messy!  ?

I think the long contracts Mel gave to Paul Clement and Nigel Pearson spring to mind.
In this case, 4 seems long in the modern game, but it's probably the length of contract was needed to get Warne to up sticks from Rotherham. 

Warne's been at the club just over a month, I'm not sure how anyone can say yes or no at this point in time.

Genuinely torn on this one, been a Derby fan since I was young, but live on the outskirts of Exeter and go to most home games with my kids so have grown fond of them(City,not my kids, they're little s***s ?)

But the thing is, she (your mum) isn't the only one.  Find one just like her, settle down as a couple (Married or not), and you could find you spend the next 30 to 60 years or so living in absolute bliss.  They're not all like your mate's ex.
You may be surprised just how happy some women are to get some peace and quiet, and allow the men in their life to "go wherever they want"!
