Mucker1884 reacted to Derbados in Serial Whingers Notts Forest playtime, which we simply cannot accept.
Dean Henderson had the chance to go to Newcastle and chose Forest, let that sink in

Of course I never went, look, we wasn't rich by any stretch of the imagination, we could afford chocolate and sweets without begging neighbours though.
There is help out there for those having financial issues, no need to send your kids out begging door to door.

We were West Stand and my hubby thought it was a penalty straight away.
(I never think they are penalties against us, so I don't count!)

Yeah. You're right of course, we shouldn't mock, or even make light of the situation.
... But it sometimes takes a saint to do what is truly right, proper, and decent!
In all seriousness, @David, I hope all goes well with the healing process, and that there are no longer lasting after- effects. ?

It looks horrid! I crushed my lower leg and ankle about 10 years ago and it's all pinned, screwed and plated. Looks like meccano! Now that I'm older it's getting increasingly painful and arthritic. As I read David's post my own ankle was twinging in sympathy! I can walk about 2 miles but after that it reminds me that it's not best pleased!
I agree with the 'say no to that second pint'!! From what he's posted it would seem that therein lay the problem!!
In my case, I snagged my trouser leg on a rose bush whilst gardening. Very innocent!! ?

Folk on here have been screaming for us to "play the game".
What little "time wasting" we did is nothing more than "Par for the game" in this day and age. Nothing to see here!
I did notice though... quite early in the game, if I recall... Our players mobbing the ref following a hefty challenge (Don't recall the details).
They all got a finger wagging and a telling off, and didn't dare try it again! Like being back at school! ?
Thought the so-called inexperienced ref handle the job very well, on the whole, so well done him. ?

And he also had his duties as a director under the law. I would be surprised if HMRC arent looking at whether they can bring a case as this was so high profile. They may not succeed even if they do but dont expect him to be totally off the hook yet. Accountancy/tax press (yes sad I know) full of such cases

It was when NML was hacked by the left-back after he’d been turned. We were 1-0 up and NML was clearly targeted for a wallop.

That was after a hefty challenge by one of them stopping one of our attacks, the ref didn't seem to be booking their player after awarding the freekick, but did after we'd pointed out the foul to him. Was how I saw it. We didn't need to do it again.

Just got home...
So, let's just re-cap on this afternoons game...
WTF just happened? ?♂️
Collins: Best performance thus far.
DMcG: Same, but with the added bonus of being absolutely clinical. BOOM (x 3).
NML: A Beast.
Fozzie: Best of the rest.
For once, all eyes were not on the defence, so I concede I couldn't name anyone else for being great or poor.
All Rams goals at my end.
Best 45 mins for what seems like an age... and the second half wasn't too shabby, all things considered.
Just a game-in-hand win away from a PO spot.
Even the ref was the best we've seen this season. (Not perfect of course, but none of them are!)
Pleasantly mild (Why on earth did I take my coat! ?) And surprisingly dry, considering this morning's washout.
A stunningly beautiful woman waiting for me when I walked in. Film night, sofa-cuddles, and a celebratory tipple or two in store for later.
Oh... and an extra hour in bed... not that I'll need a full hour! ?
What the heck... I'm putting today down as a good 'un!

No player is going to get booked for time wasting when their team is losing.
I guess it’s all a question of intent. I don’t know what the actual rules are but I would imagine there is only a risk of a caution if your intent is to prevent the opposition from having enough time to equalise or take the lead. I.e. if you’re hanging on for a draw or a win. If you’re own team suffers as a result of your time wasting then more fool you - your team hasn’t gained an advantage (or potential advantage).

It's done, it's gone, let it lie.
Mel got out, we survived, we can look forward to a hopeful future.
The damage is obvious, the trauma still fresh, but we're still here and moving on.
We'll sweep out the ashes in the morning.

Does anyone know if this is typical of an away game at Torquay, or is this something they have specifically introduced for this game, having drawn a massive opponent in t' cup? ?♂️
