Hi @Anag Ram I’m still around. My turn at starting posts ended. I don’t always know enough to join in with the posts 🤷🏻‍♀️

So I’ve not been on the forum for ages. I didn’t know B4 other than on here. I’m an ex season ticket holder and have moved away from Derby although I pay my subs and listen online.
However B4 was a legend on here, a great positive influence and in his own unique and wonderful way represented us as Derby fans so well. I am sad to read of his passing but heartened to read the outpouring of love for this legend.

Spot on mate and I suspect Curtis would be delighted to be talked of in such terms. He'll never have to pay for a drink in Derby again, that's for sure.

I really am an aging newbie when it comes to DCFC. 10 years a fan and ST holder but that means little compared to most on here who have it in the blood from an early age. 
 
But for what it’s worth, Curtis is the most “right” player I have ever seen in a Derby shirt. He was no youngster when he joined. We were his Indian summer and boy did the sun shine. Sure there were days when he got out paced by some young guns and he wasn’t a silky ball playing CB. But as a man who read the game, stood tall gave absolutely everything on the pitch… and some…., Curtis is my favourite player by a huge margin. Some skill but more than that .. pride, integrity guts. Bloody love the guy.  
 
If I could have been a player I would have liked to be like him.

He'd always convey his meaning though. Reading some of less than positive stuff on here sometimes, I'm always reminded how he'd scold folk saying, 'don't be so bloody nagative', cunningly combining the words negative and nag 😂

I am not very good at handling stressful things so right now I got my head back on stright just something that I needed get my head stright again.
I am trying to be that leader once more we all need look after each other but hope mps can force boro and wycombe to drop there cases.

So, 30 matches played and into the last third of the season.
Over the 30 matches, our points-per-game (PPG) is 1.3...
Over the last 15 games, our PPG is 1.47...
Over the last 8 games (cos can't do 7.5!), our PPG is 1.75...
Despite the many, many, hurdles thrown in our path we are getting better and better!
We are on track - keep up the current rate and we'll finish on a deduction adjusted total of 46 points (67 earned on the pitch).
The greatest escape of all time is on.
 

In some ways its one of the best seasons since the days of Jim Smith.
No "we should be beating clubs like..., are we ready for the PL, we won't go up with Keogh" etc
No in-fighting, no anger towards players, no wrist slashers or happy clappers
Just pretty much everyone is like "feck it. We'll give it a go" 
Besides the stress it makes you very proud of Derby fans, players, staff and Derby people. Which hasn't always been the case in much happier times. 

Biggest problem with all these messages of stay calm etc, is that you are already preaching to the converted
The types that are going to do this, aren't on this forum, aren't reading the club statements, and even if they are, they don't care.
It is 100% going to kick off, play into Gibsons hand, and we will foot the bill, and fans from other clubs will love it. Any argument will just have it thrown back at us 

I live in Leicester and the fan base is disgusted with the behaviour seen at forest (never mind the display on the pitch) the problem is all clubs including ours have these ‘fans’ that aren’t really interested in the football and I’m sure some aren’t really that interested in the club they just want a ruck. They are a minority but the numbers are growing sadly at the moment. The clubs need to come down hard on these idiots. Social media and pictures allow us to see the actions and as such bans need to be handed out on both travel and tickets. 
I really want a result at boro but I’m just hoping that it’s the result that makes the headlines not the behaviour of the small minority.

I'm moving house, so that's kind of exciting and is providing a good distraction.
That being said, fellow Rams, if you are feeling distressed, anxious or need mental health advice, there is a helpline set up specifically by Derbyshire NHS Foundation Trust for residents of the county. If you're registered at a Derbyshire GP, you can call 0800 028 0077 24/7. They may be able to help provide some positive advice on how to distract yourself and move forward.
I also work for a local mental health service (in a non-clinical role) which offers scheduled therapy. Our waiting times are wacky at the moment so don't expect to be seen right away however it may help to talk. Services you can self-refer to in Derbyshire are as follows:
