Best debut I've seen since Will Hughes. Was excellent against Notts County in pre-season. Superb player.

Cheers captain ?

Bend the rules all you like if you go up, but if you don't get promotion the EFL will bully you all the way down the leagues, what a nasty, vindictive, self-serving organisation we belong to.

No. But a lifelong fan who has been taken aback by the far ranging hatred towards someone who has invested significantly with the hope of achieving the premier goal we all desire. If I were a billionaire I wouldn't want to invest. Whatever the next person does is likely to be hated. Invest and they shouldn't have done. Don't invest, then the moaning about lack of investment will inevitabley follow.
There's intelligent investing and there's Blackman-Butterfield investing, he didn't invest in the correct scouting/football managers

I think we'll see more of what we saw in the stands and outside the ground at Coventry, it'll be a day out with every game a dead rubber, the young uns will find their alternative "fun"

I've a fair idea he lives abroad, possibly somewhere East, maybe 4+ hours ahead of us - a few clues, particularly the fact that his posts are often after midnight our time. I'm thinking maybe somewhere sad ageing blokes go to exploit young women. I think, therefore, it's unlikely that he gets down the 'Gate' much these days.
He's Gary Glitter isn't he

Why not ?
Because the EFL do what Gibson tells them to

I would only be happy with the admin team accepting the 12 point penalty for entering administration, if agreement is made with the EFL to honour the decision of the independent panel re the 100k fine and warning about future accounting practices. Also I would expect the EFL to advise Wycombe and Boro that any legal action would be futile.
Best case scenario. Unfortunately not gonna happen

Would love to know how The Athletic know the result of an appeal done by an independent panel that hasn't been heard yet
What's the result according to them?

Steve Gibson trying to liquidate Derby
in Derby County Forum
Posted · Edited by Philmycock
As us Derby fans whip together to raise funds for the St John's Ambulance service, Steve Gibson is menacingly trying to take our club from us for his own pleasure and financial gain.
Shameful. Unclassy. Spiteful.
