Something we need to remember when slagging off other places and accents, is that Rams fans come from far and wide and can get offended by fellow Rams attacking their home and culture. I am born and bred just outside Brum, like ANY big town or city there are places that are not pleasant, but these are matched by some very nice areas and people. How many Rams fans on here born and bred in Nottingham, cringe at the repeated comments about their folk being inbred and having 6 fingers and the level of crime in their area?
I've been fortunate enough to go to Vancouver and Melbourne (Australia), 2 places frequently in the best places to live in the world. But I happened across areas in both, just off the tourist route, which were as bad as anything in Brum.
Let's think twice before slagging off other places and/or people, please.

Number 3 or 4 out of those but I’m bound to say this beauty.  They did produce a retro version a few years ago but I’m not sure they do it any more.  The club website and places like 3retro have selection of shirts at reasonable prices.

I’m not sure I get your point.
So yes, Jefferson Lerma, the Colombian international has left premier league Bournemouth for premier league Crystal Palace on a free.
Rumours are one player moving clubs, even a few players moving clubs, is not direct evidence of inactivity on Derby County’s summer recruitment. The transfer window isn’t officially open until the 14th, the players aren’t due back for pre-season training until later in the month, just because some other transfers have been announced in the world of football it doesn’t mean the club aren’t doing anything towards our own transfer business. 🤷🏻‍♂️
So long as we do sign players before the season starts I think we’ll be ok. Enjoy the sunshine and wait for some news.

It's a long time since it's felt this stable at the end of a season. There's a calmness and control this time, which is a relief (to me at least)

While there is a lot to do, how refreshing is it that we're sat on May 11th, estabished our retained list, know which division we're going to be in, know the budget and restrictions, when was it last like this?!?

Your recent posts have dismissed the standard of free agents we might be able to sign, dismissed the potential for us to spend fees, and is seemingly now just dismissing any potential signing we make.
How about waiting to see how it unfolds before peddling anymore doom? The fact we can allegedly spend fees has already disproved some of your claims, how we spend those fees will be key. Bargains will be out there and we are going to be a draw to many players.

If anyone is genuinely down and absolutely fed up with the football we’re playing, just a suggestion here…
    Write the season off.
Get going on your summer holidays and just check the league table on Monday 8th May on the off chance we have stumbled into the play offs.
When you’re back, nicely tanned having spent a few months shopping with the Mrs and consuming far too much alcohol, you will be fully recharged and ready for the football.
Warne will have had a summer and we should expect to see improvements on the pitch. Any counter arguments to your opinions that these are not his players.
He does have 4 year deal, unless Clowes goes full Boehly, regardless of what happens in the remaining games he will be in the dug out next season, so allow yourself time to accept he will be our manager, make peace with that decision and go into the 23/24 with a clean slate.
I’m not even taking the piss here, this sound advice. As Derby fans, we have recently experienced very dark days, I’m not here to say we’re lucky to have the club or anything like that, just what’s going on now, really isn’t worth pounding a keyboard over.
You are however more than welcome to stay on here and whip yourself into a frenzy all summer berating the guy and tearing into every personality trait he has if it makes you feel better.

I really think it’s time we put some of topics to bed and moved on but, in response to your message: 1) it’s the club that owed HMRC (and other creditors) money not Mel (admittedly Mel’s mismanagement was the cause of the debt). 2) if the club didn’t have to abide by some kind of fairly strict business plan then there would the risk of clubs going into administration, wiping off debts, and re-emerging pretty much unscathed a la Leicester City (I’m not sure just a points deduction would be enough) and 3) whilst I have no sympathy for him, I’m pretty sure Mel left the club a far poorer man than when he bought it.
I hate the restrictions we’re under but find it hard to argue against them especially if, as some suggest, we are still running at a loss, but it would be good for the EFL to review at the end of the season.

Hi there, I hope you don't mind me sharing this interview with Conor Hourihane, which has been very popular with DCFC fans in the last day or so.
Conor has been a huge favourite of NTT20 - as a player and a person - since we began in 2016 when he was starring for Barnsley. Luckily for us, he's become a friend of the podcast who hops on for a chat every year or so, and our listeners have always said how much they love his honesty.
He's obsessed with football at all levels and has an incredible amount of experience of challenging for promotion with Barnsley, Aston Villa, Swansea and Sheff Utd.
Lots of chat about your current unbeaten run, what's working so well - plus his reflections on working for a Manager in Paul Warne that he says is different from any other manager he's worked under. He's also determined to become a Manager when his playing career finishes, and it's interesting to hear how he's planning on going about it.

I just want to say how lucky you are to have Paul Warne as manager. I've supported the millers for 69 years. Obviously, I've seen managers come and go during that period. As far as I'm concerned, and many other fans Warne is the best manager we've had.
Like Derby fans we went through some dark times. Administration points deducted, lost our ground, forced to play in Sheffield in an athletic stadium. No atmosphere, 4 years in the 4th division.
Paul has many qualities. Excellent staff management, a workaholic. He's articulate, honest and will live and breathe Derby County.
I thank him for all the memories, 3 Wembley wins 3 promotions and I wish him well and as a consequence wish the Rams well. I've never had a second team, but for the first time Derby County will be my second team. I look forward to seeing Paul succeed.
Hopefully Derby will be promoted and we survive in the championship and look forward to see you at the New York stadium.
    All the best.
