Ambitious Posted August 21, 2023 Share Posted August 21, 2023 Yiadom does fit the bill in terms of an experienced player in regression who plays for a team who want him off their wage bill. I know he's likely a short-term fix, but surely we can see that we can't keep recruiting in this manner? There is free agents out there - one in particular even played under Warne at Rotherham and did well in Matthew Olosunde. Ryan Nyambe, Steven Sessegnon also still available. I really just wish we would at least roll the dice for the player who is coming in as our third choice RB/RWB when everyone is fully fit - not Reading's former captain who isn't getting a game because he's slowed down significantly in recent seasons.
