The bookies would have us as one of favourites for promotion and rightly so, we have only been in the 3rd division of the football league for 5 seasons in our entire history. Whether we could live up to that is another matter for the reason you suggest that everyone will see us as a scalp. We would get back to the championship it’s would be just how long it takes, it might take a few seasons it might be done in one. I’m not going to assume either way. We get a point from our next 3 and the 2 defeats are narrow 1-0s and Sheffield Wednesday get 6 points from their next 4 games (including today), but the defeats are bigger margins than the victories. We could still go into the final day with a few goal advantage meaning Wednesday would need to beat us by 2 or more goals to go above us on goal difference.
