Where's the Dutchmen or Turks or Spaniards (and others) from PSV, Fenerbache and Barcelona youth and B teams Cocu and his coaches have come into contact, coached and managed in the past. It’s not to say he will definitely be a bad signing for QPR but he was slightly better than one goal every 10 games in the second tier of Scottish football.
