It's funny we seem to linked in whispers with all sorts of players some we may have heard of and some so left field only the their mother would know there name.

Where's the Dutchmen or Turks or Spaniards (and others) from PSV, Fenerbache and Barcelona youth and B teams Cocu and his coaches have come into contact, coached and managed in the past.

Is there no one in there worth taking a punt on ?

If we don't have money, then the answer would be no.

Now being covered on the DET - https://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/www.derbytelegraph.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/Derby-county-striker-transfer-dykes-4410473.amp

Can’t say a 1 in 3 striker in Scotland fills me full of confidence for being prolific in the Championship.

Lazy journalism! They’re just trawling through social media and repeating totally unfounded speculation.
When it says “linked” it’s usually just rumour mongering or ,as Arthur Cox used to say,” pure journalistic speculation!”

Of course it is. They actually do any work beyond reading Twitter etc to see what rumours are floating around.

Unfortunately that is their job now, 10 bait stories a day minimum and get those visitors clicking.

Even the good journos are under pressure to conform, seeing as ad revenues and circulation of a paper edition has collapsed.

Livingston turned down a £1m offer from a chapionship side last month, believed to be Barnsley.

Is he worth £1m? Pre covid, probobly ,but Im not sure where transfer fees are at the moment.

I'd rate him higher than Waghorn.

So difficult to tell playing at that level.

Wrong area, we need midfielders and width, our striking area is just fine as it is

You think we need midfielders more than a centre forward? Really?

we are 100% on the lookout for a proper (target man type) centre forward.

£2m is frightening for a player with his credentials/record. It’s not to say he will definitely be a bad signing for QPR but he was slightly better than one goal every 10 games in the second tier of Scottish football. He’s been decent recently, but that’s crazy money. We will see.
