Until the start of this year Derby had held the Brian Clough Trophy for over 1000 days in a row (you failed to win a Derby match for almost 3 years.) The second and third longest runs of both over 700 days are both also Rams. You might get close to your record run of 400 at this rate though.

3 in a row

Haven't even scored against us in 5 matches

We've still won this tie more than you historically

7 points clear, with a game in hand against Reading.

Not even bothered by the BC trophy, just happy to keep beating you ?

So you won't be bothered if we take it off you next April, before your promotion, and the ensuing 15 years of us never playing each other!    Ha, Ha, Ha, Ha, Ha, Ha!

Oh... hang on a minute...

Before these 3 games you've just won you'd only won one more of these games than us - not exactly much to brag about is it.

When was the last time you finished above us - King Billy days was it? We'll see if it stays the same, but any old team can make the playoffs as we have shown in 3 of the last 4 seasons. Actually winning them is a different matter entirely.

Before this run you only scored against us in one game out of 6. Come back when you are approaching that kind of run.

I was at the game, and watched it again for balance at home

pundits agreed, YATES YELLOW, LAWRENCE RED

stop bleating

Lawrence definite straight red.

Yates yellow/borderline red for his challenge on Clarke. And another yellow for either him stopping us on the break or kicking the ball at Lawrence when he was on the floor.

he was fouled twice before the incident, ref played on and recognised that fact only booking him.  Clear as daylight at least to a Derby fan.  I accept other team supporters might have a different view

The fact that he was fouled twice before (which he was) are completely irrelevant to what he did next and it is poor refereeing if that influenced his decision. Are you suggesting it would have been ok for Lawrence to punch their player and it would only have been a yellow because he had been fouled twice?

a punch as in retaliation, red card.  I think it is good reffing to let the game flow and recognise that in doing so there are consequences that need to be require a judgement call

Was awful refereeing.

Lawrence completely out of control and if the other guys leg had been planted on the floor it would have been a broken leg.

The only reason he didnt get red is because the ref knew he should have blown up for the 2 previous fouls.
