All of Reading's good play is coming from switching the play, because if they manage to keep hold of the ball for a few passes with our press, they've dragged our shape over towards the wing. When they switch it, their wingers have a lot of space and usually a 2v1 on our fullbacks.

Need to be conscious of our shape as they regain their composure.
