When’s it going to Snow?

As usual this winter will herald the next ice age but they’re saying it’s going to snow this weekend?

A couple of issues with this.

Firstly I’m calling it BS,secondly what is ‘Thundersnow’?

And thirdly, how come County Durham’s fleet of gritters consists of 6 or 7 vehicles, now I’m no emergency planning officer but I would hazard a guess that’s not going to be enough.

The pictures suggest that Durham's got 5 gritters and a tractor but Stoke on Trent's got 9 gritters.

Let's hope it doesn't start snowing until after the match on Saturday's well finished.

1. Thundersnow is when it snows from a thunderstorm

2. It's in the Daily Mail, so I now doubt the very existence of weather.

Good grief! Whenever we go to the mother in law’s, between Durham and Newcastle, there are so many gritters about you have more trouble with the amount of grit on the road than you do with snow. Plus of course, whether it snows or not, the vest still won’t come out til January!

How's the snake going to slither to Stoke's ground with all that salt on the road??????

Nearly got some today, but the best it could muster was sleet.

Walked 10k in 2 degrees and driving sleet. Guaranteed flu next week.....

That's Forest doomed then.
