I’m absolutely gutted it appears he’s going. At least he’s going to a big club, even if it’s a club that’s been in the doldrums of late. He was criminally under utilised last season by a dickwad of a manager. If he had stayed with our current squad and manager, I’m convinced he would have scored 25 plus. Sad, sad loss to our club. Rather have happy characters like Nugent around the place, who run and run and miss chance after chance. I doubted Vydra when he joined, but with confidence he is without a doubt the best finisher in the division. Plus, with the experience the Leeds manager boasts and scoring 20 odd in a boring side under Rowett, I can see him bagging another 15-20 again easily.
