If you do not like the heat, get out of the top two. Players like playing teams with a chance of promotion - especially older players. Just look carefully at Curtis davies' interviews. Try telling him that we will not finish in the automatic spots. George Thorne was not very good against Bristol. He said of himself the he played rubbish. You're going to be up there but Wolves are too far gone and Villa look strong. Rowett has done a great job and I hope Jos can rebuild us in a similar way.
