Did Christie spend 5 minutes making his mind up on a shot before hitting it straight at the first tree?

He mustn't have made friends up in Burnley if he's having to travel down just to see his pals.

I think @G STAR RAM stole your BMW. Keep an eye on your rolex too. He's just trying to be important. Bless him

Golf is an infuriating game, but can be enjoyable, it's certainly very challenging and requires concentration and a bit of mental strength to continually improve.

Bet Christie is playing off 28 then.

A non-golfing mate of mine used to go on business to America a bit. Someone would meet him at the airport and say 'Hey Buddy, what d'ya shoot?

To which he used to reply 'Pheasant, the occasional grouse'.

Totally off topic but I have to tell a story .. There is or was a company in Bolton Lancs called Edbro .. Makers of hydraulic tipper gear for trucks .. You know the thing that tips the back of a wagon and al the stuff slides off the back.

for a short while they had a Scandinavian sales and marketing director ... He proposed brochures and a company tag line that went ... Wait for it .... "Shoot your load with Edbro" ..... didn't quite cut it with the locals

Mac said he is way off in the after match interview on Radio Derby yesterday, didn't even put a time scale on a return.

You tell us Supergrass

Don't Rush him back all we need to do is make sure he's in right shape and 100% fully fit.

It's been 6 months since the break. No mention of him even resuming full training yet.

Lets hope he is raring to go and they are keeping us in the dark so they can unleash him as a massive surprise next game.

If he was a horse..........

Hes played at my club twice in 3 weeks with those same lads.....always on buggies mind so little walking, however that is the same for all of them on their day off.

I think golf helps him if im honest

Love George Thorne.

It's like a long distance relationship. After a while they fizzle out and never work. That's how I feel about GT right now.

Put out to stud?

Seems there would be takers.

GT, Cyrus and Jeff lived together in the Quardon area. Not surprised they are still playing golf, I think they were pretty good mates.
