Its down to whether Fulham want him, they must have already discussed monies with Martin in August to have a contractual agreement. As I said last week I asked Simon Austin and he said Martin would stop at Fulham for the remaining part of the season, its really down to them at the end of the day. Again you are wrong Derby are only obliged to accept that fee they can accept a fee like I said from another club.Just the same has Hull dragged things out hoping to persuade him Ince to stay or for another bid to come in.
