Really enjoyed that as a battling win, thought we were in trouble early on as there seemed to be a physical mismatch of sorts. However we dug in and ground out the win. Impressed with all who made it on the pitch today, in particular the back line and Allsop. Loved it late in the game when Cashin went crashing through Clarke in a 50/50. Also thought Bird was going to waltz through and seal it only for it not quite to bounce in his favour. The togetherness and commitment this season is something else. ?

Fozzy and Stearman - probably not the posters up on many fans’ bedroom walls, but heroes today (so far) the pair of them.

Nice to know it not just us that can orchestrate that sort of farce at the back!

For anyone needing the details, defensive mix up between their cb and keeper, keeper nods it into space and CKR is waiting to pass it into the net from 20 yards, 1-0 Derby ? 

Not sure, he’s one I wouldn’t mind seeing us re-sign if the rules allow it in January. I know he’s not everyone’s cup of tea but he can do a job at the back, covers a couple of positions, is a unit physically and would allow for some continuity in the squad for if/when we head to league 1. Plus he’d lower the average age of our back line too ?
