Sound team performance always looked like a single goal would settle it. Special mention though to Joswiak who looked like he belonged and Alsop who is much better with the ball at his feat. Also another good crowd and atmosphere great support astonishing given the apparent hopelessness of our situation. Credit too to the Blackpool fans for there support ?

Thank you @Blackpoolmadtop post from a real football supporter. Whatever our allegiances it is sad to see any club in difficulties due to the mismanagement of others because of the communities and individuals involved. I am going tomorrow with my son and grandson and will be explaining to him the brother/sisterhood of the football supporter. It is great how your club has survived and is prospering, we may have a long way yet to fall, but it gives me some hope. Sadly like others before us we will not be the last due to the inequalities in the organisation of the Premier and football leagues.

We remember how your fans supported us through our darkest hours.
We now have our club back and we are on our way back, but your fans were brilliant at Bloomfield Road singing all the Oyston out songs with us. We had a mini riot during that game, a night match and later that season, we started boycotting games home and away.
Word is, our fans are 100% behind you during this hopefully short term blip in your great clubs situation.
    Good luck from the Seasiders!

I was amazed at how far the sound could travel from the BBG even in later years. I remember living just off Friargate and being able to clearly hear Chelsea fans from the back garden, I think it was a sat afternoon cup game mid/late 80’s and they scored a few. It must have travelled so much further with 40,000 in! Also loved to see the glow over the city from the floodlights. Not quite the same with PP but can hear the crowd from Darley Park if the wind is from the south.

Doing a great job, given our player restrictions we should be adrift at the bottom evenbwithout any points deduction. Players are clearly responding to him (all teams have off games) and he has been exceptional handling this crisis.

Have just seen on Twitter that Birmingham City and Millwall are to remember Arthur in the 6th minute of tomorrow's game, a tribute which is being followed by a number of other clubs fans.
Would be touching if we as a group of supporters could do the same thing, the reports of his case would make a grown man break down in tears.
    RIP Arthur

For me it's a show of support for a fellow football fan, no matter how young he was.
No doubt he would have gone on to attend football games had things been different.
You are right, we clap a lot of people, hold minutes silences for many, give symbolic gestures for political movements, it does get a bit much...but
I can't think of anyone who needs a round of applause, or a show of some sort of love as an innocent 5 year old boy who genuinely thought no one loved him.
Forget football, I'd watch my club go to the wall if it brought him back.

What i find is frustrating is fans coming on here slagging off the same players day in day out , win or lose , Kelle, Fozzy, Tom and Ravel cannot win in some fans eyes , i thought this was the season when the club , management , players and fans united together in the fight for Derby County Football Club , sadly it looks like i was wrong
