Correct. Just the year required, not the season.
1996?

I spend a lot of time in preseason, assembling my squad and setting up training schedules, tactics and match plans.
I generally watch match highlights throughout the season, although with big games I'll take a bit more interest to give myself the best chance of getting the right result. You can fix a lot during the match if you watch carefully.
I'm still on FM22. I spend a lot of time on recruiting, scouting, training, discipline, media and tactics, but the actual game play is fastest possible, I still see the stats and ratings to make subs and tactical switches. I am pretty successful.

treated like scum by the very people now calling her "Legend", "Brave" and "Icon".
I've read things that point to her taking her own life, which is very distressing to read.

Did seeing it at the cinema add much to the enjoyment?
From the reviews I've read, it's mostly talking in various rooms, doesn't sound like the big screen adds much.
picture quality, and audio were quite noticeable in the cinema I visited. I would happily have watched in my living room though. There are, as you can imagine in a film about Bomb(s), some big boom/bang noises kicking around in the film.
I do like a big screen, but I'd rather have been front and centre, and not surrounded by strangers with weak bladders.

Went to watch Oppenheimer last night, and echo what @maxjam said.
if Cillian Murphy and Robert Downey JR don’t win Oscars each for actor and supporting actor, I’ll be amazed.
such a well made film that had me awake all night processing it!
must see if you like thoughtful films. It’s very tense and emotionally involving tho.

surely he's still good enough for 60mins at this level, if not full 90

So when is the Derby home kit on sale?

The franchise is streets ahead of Bond, Bourne, Fast n Furious for me. 8.5/10
maybe the latter, but for style, realism and sophistication, it's nowhere near (Daniel Craig's) Bond, or Bourne IMO.
I actually watched all 6 older ones in the last 2 weeks in build up to watching the new one on Saturday night. Whilst I enjoy the mindlessness of it, it isn't very clever or sophisticated.
Avoiding spoilers, there's a scene were 2 blokes hold Ethan Hunt back... yeah right!

I remember Anzhi Makachkala (?) doing this with the likes of Hulk and Roberto Carlos. Didn't work
I remember Chinese teams doing it with the likes of Oscar and Feillaini. Didn't work.

Reading this thread almost makes it sound like music is subjective.
I think, from what I've read and heard, BBC audio production did it no favours, but those there heard very different performances.

looks like the bloke from my local Wingers franchise! I'm his top customer.

what country was Marco Reich from?
Benny Feilhaber, Andrei Pereplotkins, Lilian Martin, Ian Feuer, Avi Nimni, Benito Carbone, Manel, Junior, Matthias Svenson, Eddie Lewis, Hossam Ghaly, that mardy French bloke who was decent at Newcastle.

Just seen him wandering through departures at Birmingham airport, dressed like Ice Cube in Boyz In the Hood!

one of the bands of my formative years, amused that @BaaLocks states "Recent Years" given they packed up about 36 years ago!
I always feel bad when I think of Joyce and Rourke as it was written that in those 5/6 years, they were only ever paid as session musicians and never really made the kind of money they should've made.
Rourke himself battled Heroin addiction and beat it, absolute legend for me musically. RIP
